Taking off one star. I've lived, worked and studied at universities on three continents, and GGC Dining Hall has gone slightly downhill. I'm talking specifically about chicken wings nearly every day as the central entrée. Can we get some fish or other proteins on days other than Fridays? I'm talking specifically about the (American-style) hibachi. Can we get more option in terms of seasioning? There's literally nothing other than no seasoning or "teriyaki"....
I was a student from 2012-2014. A meal plan is included in the tuition fee. I spend most of my time in the cafeteria waiting in between classes. Their food options are awesome. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is always great. The buffet style offers nutritious food with information on calories aids a ton on macro calorie counting. It is available from 7:30 on weekdays and from 11:00 on holidays. I'm sure the general public can use it for $10. The buffet includes a salad bar, main course (changes depending on the day), hamburger, pizza, pride rice, soup, and dessert.
