Hibachi Express

Love this place, I hope everything is good with them. Seems like they shut down hopefully it’s just a remodel or relocation. But if they are gone I enjoyed this place a lot and i hope the man that owns it does want he wants, he has been working nonstop for like 4 years and deserves all the good things coming. Community would def miss this place.

The ratings should be 4 star! Food fresh, delicious and affordable. Placed my order over the phone, they said it would be about 45 minutes and they would call me when ready and that’s what happened. Got the shrimp and scallops Hibachi food was excellent.

I was a little weary of the lower reviews but had someone tell me to try them. Best decision. The food is great, the amount of food you get is great, the yum yum sauce is homemade and great. Only downside I can say is you don't get that much yum yum sauce.

The guy over the phone faked my order. When I got there they said they only cook over the phone orders for regular customers. Don’t waste your time here. Extremely unprofessional.

Been going here for years now and I knew the owners however they gotten rude over the past year. Food was great tho, however the wife accidentally give my food to someone else and had to call the lady for them to come back with my food. I place an order one time by 8:30 so by 9:30 I pick it up however they told me they closed at 9 when online it says they close at 10 and they said I can’t come in and I have to pay again makes no sense. The food was good however customer service isn’t nice at all. Also one time yelled at me cause I was using AMEX I mean I understand why but don’t gotta be mad at me.

Food is really good compared to other hibachi places. Only downside is the owner. He wants you to know what you want when your ordering and to talk clearly.Tips: when ordering by phone you have to know what you want, get straight to it. Speak loud and clearly.Expect to wait 30 minutes for your order. I know it's a long wait but if you make sure to call before you go pick up it shouldn't be a problem.

It's hard to even try the place. Can't place an order over the phone if you are a 'new' customer. They ask you to come in and prepay. Got there and was about to run my card and like it was nothing told me it was a 40 minute wait for the food ????

Would love to recommend this place but we weren’t able to try them. Called to place an order but you have to prepay if you are a first timer. Was told that we have to come in to pay, they don’t take phone payments and it takes 40 minutes to prepare the order. Another reviewer suggested Taste 8 down the street so we ordered online and the food was ready in 25 minutes as promised we paid at pick up and the food was delicious! Leaving this here for any other first timers that are hungry and looking for something a quick delicious and in the area! Check out taste 8

I really like this place. I am vegan, and for once I don’t have to explain that I don’t want any egg in my rice or butter. Preparation is slow, so place a call in order for faster service.

Good prices. Salmon, shrimp, scallops, vegetables were all good. The chicken, however, was extremely fatty, didn't eat it, just a heads up on that. But overall I recommend for affordable Japanese fix. Online menu shows Chinese options, but this is incorrect. Hibachi only.

Do not try to order ahead. They cannot accept payment over the phone and you have to pay before prep.

Great food. Takes about 45 min to an hour to prepare, but it's so...worth it.

amazing food 10/10 i promise you you wont regret

Toooo long of a wait since i ordered. Almost an hour. The guy argued with me trying to tell me i called 10 mins ago when it was 35 mins ago.Also, i waited in my car right in front of the hibachi place and I literally saw him answering the phone and THEN grabbing the meat & the vegetables with his bare hands, no gloves, no wash… So disgusting!

In keeping with the theme/trend from the other reviews I called to place an order for chicken fried rice. This time the guy answered the call and began taking my order and contact number around 3pm. After taking my info he said it would be a 45 mins wait, when I asked to clarify this wait time, he hung up the phone. Now I’m laughing but trying to figure out what happened. However after reading previous reviews, this is so expected of their service! Nothing personal at least they are consistent. As for the food itself there’s no wow factor, it’s just convenient for me or at least I thought it was. Plus if you look at their last food inspection by the Health dept, they received an 85.Terrible service + mediocre food (fried rice only) = 2 stars
