I've visited this location three times with a group of friends and each time I've received very friendly service. The waitresses are lovely, they treat you with respect and patience, truly polite and attentive. 100% I highly recommend this place.

I’m usually not a fan of chain restaurants because of the lack of intentionality and cleanliness. However, iHop Snellville, has been the exception. The service is quick, the location is clean, the food is good, and most importantly the staff is friendly and professional.
They have definitely elevated the experience with staff like KEEM. What a joy to be around. He’s such a delightful, humble, and pleasant young man. He is what it looks like to walk in excellence. Great job, KEEM. We see you.
