I’m usually not a fan of chain restaurants because of the lack of intentionality and cleanliness. However, iHop Snellville, has been the exception. The service is quick, the location is clean, the food is good, and most importantly the staff is friendly and professional.
They have definitely elevated the experience with staff like KEEM. What a joy to be around. He’s such a delightful, humble, and pleasant young man. He is what it looks like to walk in excellence. Great job, KEEM. We see you.

Servers are A1 but more can be done to upscale the location plus the menu items should be available; a bit disappointed in the latter with no flexible option allowed.
I wish I could rate 0 stars. The wait was long and the food was mediocre at best. My family and I ended up waiting over 2 hours for our food. I could say this is the worst experience at a restaurant i’ve ever had. 👎

The best thing about here was the waiter Jermaine. Everurhing else was not good. There is never anyone up gront to greet you and you stand there and wait. Food temperature not that hot. Bacon was burned.
