I'm surprised these locations are still open honestly they're always so empty, and the worst part is they are absolutely freezing cold! I feel like the food gets cold quickly with the temperature in the room. Otherwise all good. Oh except I'm disappointed they're getting rid of the low price menu that used to have ...but of course they are, like everything.

Service was slow. Took the longest for anyone to even cone over and seat us. Could see from our table everyone was waiting a long time to be seated b/c there wasn't a Hostess. When the waitresses wasn't busy they would seat someone. Other than that Food was good.

2 Stars to my server, he was amazing however a member from corporate sat in the restaurant with his phone on speaker talking loudly. I was overcharged for a kids orange juice and a couple of my tenders were undercooked. I was so disturbed that I just paid and left. Definitely not the best experience

The experience was OK. They were very busy on a Sunday around noon. They were not staffed properly the waiters and waitresses. We’re very overwhelmed. They got a couple of our orders and it looks like they changed the cup size for the hot chocolate. It was really small.
Food was decent. However, unlike mornings when IHOP works like a well-oiled machine in terms of service, dinner time was the opposite for us. Although only 10% full of people, waited to be seated and waited over an hour for food. We were very close to getting up and leaving. Disappointed.....
