Waitress did not accommodate my mother's dairy allergy. We asked for the eggs and hash browns to not be cooked with butter and no butter on her toast. We told her that she had a dairy allergy and she can't have any dairy products. And ask if they could use an alternative. The waitress then brought out her food. That was cooked with butter and there was butter on the toast. My mother could not eat the food because of that. My food was pretty good.

I so dislike this location with a passion!!! Everytime we come here it’s always something! Like why!!! Either the soda/ lemonade has no flavor, the food is always burnt or over cooked and the service is beyond horrible! Like why is this location still open and operating when their staff wouldn’t know customer service if it hit them In the face! Where is the management team? How yall leaving employees that’s untrained at night by themselves?!? The food came out so burnt this last time you can smell it in the air and I wanted 40 mins! But they want the bill paid for?!?!?!!!!! I will drive the furthest distance to go to a different location from now on!

My husband and I arrived to dine in around 2am today and the service and food was so amazing. I wish I could remember the waiters name because he deserves 10 stars for his amazing service. The cook as well because the food was a 10/10! I travel a county over just to come to this location so its always worth it!

Racist and rude staff
I was served by the waitress named PATRICIA twice in my last few visits. She is extremely rude and racist.
In my recent visit when i asked for half and half she murmured racist words like YOU FOLKS ARE ALWAYS IN HURRY
On asking for extra butter she said i have given you enough on your food no extra will be provided
She also gave us butter which was salty and did not bother changing it when asked and was super rude and racist
We expect ihop to treat customer with respect and not be racist
Even after complaining to ihop still they did not take any action which tells you how the place is

i had such a hard night and my amazing server mr ricky made my day the service was amazing he was very quick and every server was very friendly he made sure to check up on me even though it was really busy!! gave a 30 dollar tip great young man
I’ve tried giving this IHOP location multiple chances, but the service is honestly the worst I’ve experienced. I’ve called several times on different days, waited five minutes each time, and no one ever answers the phone. When you walk into the restaurant, there are barely any customers, but several employees standing around. The atmosphere is always dry and unwelcoming. The food can be good depending on the day, but the overall experience is consistently disappointing. This location needs serious improvement in customer service and energy.

Use to come here every weekend and once during the weekday with my wife for the server Jess, she would make sure everything was correct, brought our food out fast, and if any mistakes were on the plate she would easily fix it no questions asked, for two years we’ve come, and seen many people come for her to, but now that’s she’s gone, the place just seems to be going down hill and can’t keep up. Tables are always dirty, servers never seem to care to clean, food is cold after an hour wait meaning it sat out, and the servers give you attitude like it’s your fault they brought it out cold. There seems to be no more “iHop hospitality” at this location. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore, they got rid of the one of the best servers, and the ones that they have just give attitude for mistakes that happen. If you can’t smile at your job, why do you stay? I hope this place gets back to what it once was, till then I guess scenic will be the one we go to.

Whoever the heavy set Latina is who seems to be a manager has ruined my sat morn bfast at least the last month of not more... It's OK for someone to ask me if I've been helped while standing there waiting for someone to seat me... Very poor social skills zero hospitality skills this is probably hurting your biz if others are being treated the same which they ARE I've witnessed that too... Sad but I may just drive to different location after 15 yrs...
