Incredbowl Korean Grill - Lawrenceville

The food is still good, but the paper bowls and lids don’t work well with one another. The food wasn’t in the bag well because the lid kept slipping off. The food was all over the bag as we were traveling. For two bowls of around $25 total that’s ridiculous. It wasn’t the employee’s fault either. It needs a rubber band or something. I hope management looks into this.

the food was very mid, not very flavorful, everything was very wet and didn’t look very appetizing. It tasted okay, not great, it was 35$ and not worth that much in my opinion

i enjoy eating at incredibowl but recently the new hires attitude is absolutely terrible, she ran my card twice.

Food is good but the service was terrible
We were served (actually not served) by Maho. He spent 10 mins preparing a 2 bowl order then another 5 preparing 2 drinks.
He didn’t tell us he will be with us shortly or sorry about the delay
After that when it was our turn he said there is an online order ahead. All the time he was smirking at us. When we asked for manager or the bad service he continued to smirk and said he is not here
Absolutely terrible experience. We ended up going to Buford location and julian was amazing

Update 9/12/2025: I was here yesterday, and unfortunately, the food quality has declined. The spicy chicken was off-putting in texture, cucumbers tasted like cardboard, and the potatoes were dried out. I had to toss the entire bowl. So disappointing—won't return.

Very delicious food! Great service, very kind employees. The strawberry latte is amazing and they have gluten free and dairy free options!

I was in store for 25min waiting in line to come to find out they ran out of bulgogi, potatoes, and noodles. I asked him what was the wait time to have these replenished. He said we close in 5min. Which means I could not order any since they were no food left.

The food is okay. You can choose your own bowl and customize it with ingredients, similar to a poke bowl.

Came in today after a long work day and ordered the veggie bowl with the tofu. They were not upfront with me that there were apparently out of the tofu. She said “oh there is one left, she is lucky” and I thought she meant me. Come to pay and I ask about the tofu and she said something like “oh it’s for her, sorry” and proceeds to charge me full price. Not only was I misled in thinking what I thought I was getting, I was also charged for something I never received. Not ok. And based on other people’s reviews on here they don’t seem to care about anything.

Got takeout through the website and ordered a bowl. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got home, but half of what I ordered was completely missing from the bowl. It was several veggies, egg, and cheese. For $14 this is unacceptable, the food I did receive was decent though.

I wasn't impressed with the food itself. The portions were great though! If you're really hungry it's ideal.

This was a forgettable experience. We were excited about eating at this establishment; we love poké bowls & figured this would be relatable. It was not. There was the same setup: base, protein, toppings, sauces. When we entered & saw the food, before ordering, I imagined that the taste wouldn't suffice. The kid size bowl is more than appropriate if you decide to eat there. It tasted flat/plain, the only flavoring is when you add the sauce(s). We decided to eat there & it was so eerily quiet. No music & we didn't manage to speak because we were all just thrown off by the taste. The poké bowl experience doesn't extend to Incredbowl.

This was my first time loved the generous portion size... I got this to go. So my only recommendation is getting the cold stuff separate from hot stuff so when you get home you can reheat it

Huge portions at a good price. Lots of different toppings and sauces to choose from.
