I love their pies but when I ordered pizza the person on the phone was crunching ice into the phone and I could barely understand him. The pizza is great and I highly recommend it! Just need to work on customer service.

Have only ordered the basic Italian Pizza Pie each time so I can only speak to that, and not the place itself. But it is a very good pizza, and really excellent for the price (around 20 for a large). Thin crust, good ingredients, delivered promptly every one or my four or five orders. Highly recommended.

I ordered the shrimp Alfredo for delivery & received chicken/beef Alfredo. Unfortunately the restaurant & delivery service refuse to rectify the clear incompetence. Uploaded photos along with the receipt & nothing this experience was a total waste of money. Over ambience completely awful.

We ordered for delivery: 16’ inch pepperoni pizza and spaghetti w/meatballs with side caesar. Spaghetti was flavorful, but the noodles were a bit chewy today. The pizza wasn’t bad, it’s just the amount of pepperoni that came with a 16 inch pizza was sparse and the pepperoni was very small in size. Got lucky if we had three little ones on each slice.

When I first stating eating at Italian Pizza Pie, it was great. My last 3 orders were ok in the Lilburn location. This last time, Pizza was over cooked and this is the third time I requested extra cheese and did not receive on my pizza. Sorry guys you lost a fan.

I am from Long Island and grew up eating good stuff at Pizza joints. Very sad that we can't get the Sicilians. The regular pizza is OK. Their calzones are a disgrace and nothing like NY ones. They should call them mozzarella sandwiches with little Ricotta. I even order extra Ricotta and never get it. Oh well, nothing like a NY Pizzaria.

It has been 6 years since then and Italian pie has always delivered a quality of pizza that is UNRIVALED in Gwinnett county. As a native New Yorker I take pizza seriously and it is impossible to find a half way decent slice in the south. But this is just the place. In all my 6 years of ordering pizza at this establishment, tonight was the first night I was I unsatisfied with the quality of pizza, was a bit undercooked, cheese was used sparingly. I called back spoke with Edy, the cashier. I explained my qualm and they stood by their product they offered store credit for the mishap to replace the pizza. I'm usually someone who doesn't complain about my food but they were so kind and were apologetic for the issue. THE ONLY PLACE TO ORDER PIZZA IN GWINNETT. GREAT SLICES. GREAT ATMOSPHERE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE NOTHING BUT AMAZING THINGS TO SAY ABOUT ITALIAN PIE. Huge shout-out to Edy and the rest of the team!!!!

The customer service was horrible. I called for an order one hour ahead of time. But when I came, it was not ready. I had to wait for another 45 minutes. While I was waiting, the two young ladies were very rude and disrespectful. They didn't explain why it wasn't ready, just keep ignoring me. Extremely BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Not sure how to rate this place and I hate to give businesses bad reviews right now because of the shortages but this one is on the owner. We have ordered from them a few times and liked the pizza. We were going to make this our go-to for pizza. Ordered from them through door dash this time and the driver called me with the restaurant on the phone and they told me they gave our order away to someone else and decided not to remake it for us. We waited an hour and the employee told me the owner didn't care. It was the strangest thing. Johnny's and Vinny's it is I guess.

I was jonesing for a pie. Read some reviews and thought I would give Italian Pizza Pie. Went with Pepperoni, Sausage, fresh tomato and Garlic. Crust and sauce was real good. Then they hammered it with cheese, very light on the pepperoni and sausage. Way heavy on the fresh garlic in clumps that over powered the pie. Yes I know garlic is strong, I use a lot. I just spread evenly. All in all it was pizza, just a bit un balanced.

Tempted to stop here many times. Finally stopped for a slice and salad lunch special today. Wish I had done it long ago! Very generous pizza slice and salad. Crisp thin crust, great cheese, tasty toppings. No more papa John's or anybody else for me.
