Disappointed in this Jason's Deli. The food wasn't good (part of order was wrong and the avocado on the sandwich was blackening) the employees were terrible (apron backwards, air pod in ear, and on their phone WHILE we were ordering with them!), place was dirty with soap leaking out from a kitchen door, dirty tables, wetness just everywhere). It was a sad experience and not worth it. Definitely plenty of other good places around it to spend your money at.

I was really looking forward to a fresh sandwich, but unfortunately Jason’s Deli did not deliver. The side of salt and vinegar chips tasted old, and the sandwich itself was disappointing—far below expectations. Definitely not the place to go if you’re hoping for fresh, quality food.

The Staff is not good. As an uber driver you need to wait for 25-30 minutes to received the order so i would recommend every uber driver to not to take any order of jason’s deli thanks!

I ordered a potato with sour cream on the side because I don't like that they microwave it. I added it to the note when ordering, but it was not honored. The cashier treated me like a liar and even went in the system to verify which is fine, because I ordered it that way. But she claimed she didn't see the request. I asked for my order to be remade and she refused, and suggested I pay the extra for sour cream. In my app it's there and even when I reorder the note is there. She repeatedly treated me like a liar and even when I requested my second order, a strawberry shortcake, she claimed I didn't order it. Most times when I come here I don't have coupons and I happily pay extra for whatever I want. The cashier was so busy treating me like a dishonest person she completely forgot to make my drinks and give me the extra meat I payed for. To be treated like someone trying to take advantage when I just wanted my order correct is INSANE. IDK if I was treated this way because I'm a black woman, but I no longer feel comfortable dining here.

I placed my order at 4:03 PM (ET) for dine-in, but after waiting 20 minutes, I still hadn’t received my food. When I went to the counter to check, no one seemed to know where my order was. It turned out it had been bagged and left in the back, despite clearly being marked as dine-in. An employee then attempted to take the sandwich out of the to-go box to serve it, but I declined and requested a refund instead, which was issued. Overall, the lack of communication and attention to detail made for a very disappointing experience.

I usually do not even do reviews. I do not know if this was an off night or what, but I ordered 2 online pickup orders at 640 and 6:45 to be ready at 6:53 and 7:04. No modifications to orders, regular sandwiches on the menu. Turkey wrap and Deli Club. I also have worked in the industry and know ready times are not set in stone and I was ok with waiting a little longer. I walked in 6:10 and was prepared to wait a few minutes if needed. There was 1 person in line waiting to dine in, 2 people waiting in lobby for to go orders and I had already seen 3 people in the drive thru. There appeared to be one employee handling the order taking, 2 preparing the food and a manager on duty helping everything. The 2 people waiting in the lobby received their orders and left and had to come back in to have something corrected with their order. A couple of drive thru customers came in to get something that was left off their order or correct something in their order. As I sat and waited 2 additional people came in to pick up online orders. I said something at 7:25 when no one had acknowledged I was sitting there waiting and the other to go orders had already received their food, left and returned. The manager said ok, Let me check. 10 minutes later comes and asks what was your order? I'm pretty sure I rolled my eyes all the way back to January at this point as it is 7:35, almost an hour after I placed the online order and she gave me polite attitude and said look I'm just trying to get you your food. I told her my order. I finally received my order at 7:50pm. No apology for the hour wait for 2 sandwiches! As I was sitting there waiting a very large group came in to dine in. If I had to guess it was at least 20 people, maybe more, there were still people coming in as I left. Maybe the store was having an off night, not sure what the circumstances were, but I know there were at least 5 displeased customers including myself and sometimes, a little communication and apology for the wait can go a long way.

I placed an order for tiff treats, and they have taken almost an hour just to get them. Inefficient.

First time trying this location. Clean and friendly, but the muffuletta sandwich was nearly inedible, as it had more olives than ham on it. I haven't had this experience at other Jason's, so maybe it was the preparer.
