Jersey Mike's Subs

Who likes Jersey Mike's subs as much as we do? My husband, Tommy and I rate them 8 out of 10 ⭐️. New locations seem to be popping up all over the place. We're regulars in Snellville (124) and Lawrenceville (120)? #BigKahunaSteak #Italian #TurkeyClub

Husband has celiac and needs gluten-free bread. They made him a tasty sandwich with gluten-free bread and was very polite to little children while they had to take out trash.

Father owned business, daughter works there as well. The family bantering back and forth was very fun to watch while they made our lunch.

Poor service. I was treated rudely by the manager

Came in at 1PM for a sub to go. Line was long but the guy taking my order gave the whole place a great energy. Great interactions with EVERY customer and treating team members great and offering them his help where he could. Glad to see good service is still around. Even had the team dancing to jump around and singing what they could lol. Thanks Rashaad and team for the great food and great attitudes. First place I’ve been to ever that I would go out of my way to come back for!

This store is by far your best store with the best employees!! I go to Jersey Mikes frequently because I do love the sandwiches and fresh meat but normally the employees are not happy, not efficient and not good at their jobs.This Lawrenceville Brown Road store has literately the best group of employees at any store. More stores should learn how to work as well as these employees do. They are friendly, fast, efficient and never make mistakes with your orders. Love these folks and I would much rather drive twice as far to get food from this store than another location. Give these guys a raise!!!

It's sad to see bad reviews for this place. while I know there are off days for any place my experience has always been amazing. I have yet to find another sub place with more friendly staff or better subs. I always get the Philly and they rock every time. I have tried other locations but this is the place I think of when I think Philly sub. Just writing this is making me want one. Keep up the good work. you all rock!!

Really quality store. I eat at JM all over and this one is the best or one of the tops. Fast, fresh, friendly service.

Aside for the price, the sandwich was good. I'm use to the grinders up north and this ce close. Again, you get what you pay for.

O you all thought you wouldn’t get a bad review. Processes are terrible…customer service is terrible…the cashier/sandwich maker didn’t blink, smile, or provide anything remote in alignment with a hospitable person. I don’t know whose managing the place but you are doing a terrible job.

Soo I walked into jersey mikes today in a very good mood that’s until this disrespectful rude female named Farrah took my order..Listen if you don’t like you’re job QUIT!!!. I didn't tell you to go slang deli meat and toppings..if you don’t like what your doing for work then LEAVE!!!! ..I bet she thought I got the receipt to make sure she rang me up probably no hun I got it for your name.

I enjoyed my visit & the food at this location. Demetrius went out his way to make sure I was accommodated, having heart surgery & all. Rashad was kind & brought my food out to me hot & Farrah made sure it was neat & tidy. Overall they were friendly, food was great & they enjoyed what they did. I'll visit again & u should go by and eat with them if you are in the area!!!

Customer service was top notch, and the food even better. I had the big kahuna and was extremely impressed with how delicious and fresh the sandwich was. The facility was very clean, making this the perfect stop on our way to NC. Highly recommend.

The service was magnificent! Stay away from the cheese steak. Stick with the cold subs and never go wrong.
