Rude there were five people working only me in line the girl at the slicer literally went turtle speed cleaning off equipment wiping off counter she did change her gloves asked me what I wanted then dryly said I could tell the person making my sandwhich (I assumed she was as she was literally moving so slow) while the other three people watched well one and two were having a side conversation I got two meats got alot of one barely any of the other the guy that put my toppings on was polite I wanted a cookie but they were hard as a rock and super small I’ve legit went to three different Jersey Mikes this week this was the worst. Please acknowledge customers and at least say mam give me a moment I’m cleaning or better yet another teammate can do that park. That was my first and last time at that location came across as super rude and you weren’t busy

This sandwich... this #64 portobello mushroom sub with extra provolone (in addition to the Swiss) with Chipotle aioli on Rosemary Parm bread...words can not justifiably express how good this is, how gratifyingly sloppy, how ooey gooey melty and wonderful this is when it's done right and this location hits the spot consistently (this was my 3rd visit, different days and times)Done fast, done friendly highly recommend!

Their philly steak and cheese is off the chain and im not a fan of that sandwich untill i tasted it and ever since then its all i can think about being good.. but i beg to differ on that.
Ordered a sandwich to go from here a couple months ago. I came directly home and immediately opened the sandwich to find a roach crawling out of it. After taking the below photos and video, I immediately called the restaurant and asked for a refund.My information was taken down and I was told the manager would refund my purchase upon returning. I called several times and still never had the charge refunded. Eat at your own risk

I pick up lunch from this Jersey Mike's often. Their sandwiches are some of the best in the area. The staff is always polite and courteous and make my sandwiches exactly as I ordered. Never had an issue with the service or quality of the food. Definitely recommend.

I just left this Location and am not happy with the service that me and my fiancé received. Normally I have had excellent service here however on 09/30/23 things took a turn for the worst. For starters, when we walked in all of the young people were standing around talking Nonstop as if they were at a party(see picture). The bathrooms have not been cleaned since the night before, and there was lettuce and sub products all over the kitchen floor. Also my $20 sub barely had any meat on it. And the soda machine needed to be changed. Just total chaos! I am not sure where the Management was, but these employees need to be supervised at all times.
