Played with my money on UberEats and sent me a pound of fat instead of brisket. The left side is the only meat I could salvage after spending over $40 for this order. I Will not ever order from here again. They were good the first couple of times I went but it went downhill rapidly.

On this labor holiday I decided to come to this place. The manager was snappy in his approach. As though he was expecting me to ask for something for free. It was my stuff bake potato. I came here for barbecue meat in my potato not a potato with very little meat. The name of place is called Jim and Nick's. I don't think is Jim. There's an old saying, and this manager fits the saying well..Give brother man a rope and he wants to a cowboy. But the server (Hana) was awesome and the food was good. But there is situation don't call cowboy (brother man)

I won’t be back. This is the 3rd time I’ve been on a wait for a kids meal. The car in front of me got pulled to wait , I’m waiting and there’s two in the drive through. The last time I drove away . But this time they had me pay asked for a tip and now it’s been 20 minutes. Someone needs to retrain these kids running the drive through. This is ridiculous

Jim and Nick’s in Snellville has always been a favorite barbecue spot on ours. They have great customer service and really make you feel welcomed! Last night was no exception. I placed a delivery order and made a mistake and when I called the restaurant the manager went above and beyond to make sure that my order was indeed correct! In the world where customer service is no longer the priority, they want above and beyond! Highly recommend this establishment, hands-down

Door dashed food a few days ago.. now i have really bad food poisoning

Don't know if this place will be open long, they don't seem to have the business they used to. I have never been impressed anytime I went there. Didn't go there by choice this time either. The potato salad and baked beans were good, the pulled pork was okay, the sauce leaves something to be desired.
