The food was impressive. The service was even BETTER!

I mentioned my coke slaw was too heavy on vinegar. I had more than enough leftovers but wasn't planning on taking the cole slaw. Our waitress let me take home a potato salad that I greatly enjoyed!

The great service from our waitress Selena contributed to the 5 star review haven't experienced excellent service like she provided in a long time! Selena was friendly, helpful, and anticipated our needs before we could ask. The sides are delicious when fresh, better than the meat fyi. The coleslaw, bake potato, chees biscuits, onion rings with ranch, and mac n cheese very delicious. The meat has good smoked flavor, chicken is tender but room temp. Their ribs always need more cooking to my taste I like them when they are tender and fall of the bone, but not everyone likes them like that theirs are always more firm but when we take left overs home and cook them more with the bbq sauce I prefer, we like them better.

my family love this place. not the best bbq in the world but a good local spot you can get some good reliable bbq for a ood porice. The smoked wings are really good though

Tonight I did an online order and I am very unsatisfied with what we got. We ordered 1 lb of pulled pork and got a pound of meat which had pulled chicken in the center of the pork. I didn't know until I unwrapped it when we got home. I don't know if you were just short on pork but thats not what I ordered, I have pictures attached. Also, the portion of potato salad and onion rings was ridiculous for the price we paided. $7 for 6 onion rings is highway robbery, the website doesn't specify the count. Unsure what the portion size of potato salad is but for the same price I can buy 4 times as much at Publix. Also, no cheese biscuits? No bbq sauce? Not sure what I tipped $6 for. Never had this bad of service before. Usually it is good but not today. Don't think I will be back and sure as heck won't recommend it to anyone. Such a shame since I am only 2 miles away.

I just moved here and they are down the street from my house. It is absolutely amazing! I tried the drive through last week and I was in and out in no time. Then we I dined in, the service was amazing and the vibes were just there.

I loveeee Jim and nicks!!! Those cheese biscuits baybee!!!¡!!! Yesssssss... that peach tea yessssssss!!! I usually get the catfish BBQ corn on cob Mac n chz Potato Salad and smoked turkey with the white BBQ sauce. The togo waitress Summer was a complete joy she even said a sweet prayer for me and safe travels which I highly appreciated as a truck driver that just warmed my heart the staff there were sweet and caring the food is always good at Jim n nicks!!! Any time I'm near one I am pulling up to fill my belly! Slide on in and grab you something delicious today.

Came from California and on our way to the airport we stopped by Jim for some BBQ. Pulled in the parking lot it was full which is a good sign, but parking lot was small so we had to park next door. I had the half rack baby back and it was huge. The BBQ taste was delicious but the meat was not fallen off the bone. It eas still tough to get at it. Their sweet corn bread was out of this world. Their chili was a 👍 up.

So my score is on the order being messed up especially for a pick up order.. i live 15 /20 min away i don’t have time to drive back.

My order was missing potato salad and coleslaw. This isn’t the first time . I had a work event and we order from there and they missed 3 people’s orders .

Whom ever in the kitchen needs a second or third pair of eyes
