We had an excellent experience at Jim and Nick’s, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Alayna. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure our drinks stayed full, checked in at just the right times, and had great menu recommendations that didn’t disappoint.

What really stood out was her positive attitude and attention to detail—she made us feel taken care of without ever being overbearing....

Excellent service! Summer is a delight and so friendly! She goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. Great atmosphere and the staff are very efficient. Got a takeout order, everything was delicious and the order was correct. Highly recommend. Will definitely return again.

Summer was very friendly, and when she saw I was a teacher, she let me have an extra coupon she had. She got my food quickly, and she was encouraging and made my night better. The food was absolutely delicious! This was my first time at this Jim N Nicks, but I would definitely come back!
