I would probably find another sandwich place next time. The sandwich was good, but no tea!, when I asked why, my answer was; “Not today.” The music was extremely loud, and a distraction. I ate and left, and the one person working was minimally friendly. I’ll pass.

Alyssa the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional talked to us in a tone that was disrespectful and absolutely ruined the jimmy johns experience and relationship I had i will never be back again.

Our Monday lunch place every week. Please bring back the Jalapeno Chicken Cesar Wrap. I like the Kickin Chicken Wrap but love love love the other.

Delivery driver was nice but the store doesn't listen to directions. I literally said to take the bread off of both of my sandwiches. I can't eat the bread.... This was a waste of money for something I can't eat. Ridiculous. And the app doesn't allow you to report issues.

This was my first time at Jimmy John’s and I wanted a wrap they had but didn’t want anything that came in it. The 3 guys working were all so polite & patient. They made my wrap exactly how I wanted it and it was delicious!

First and foremost the hospitality in the restaurant as soon as I walked through the door was amazing. Josh greeted me and made some amazing jokes as I was ordering on top of that Chris was making my sandwiches as I ordered which got me in and out in less than 5 mins. Great clean environment with amazing employees

The staff was rude, and told me they were closed when they were still open. The sign outside the door was lit up, and the time was 8:40pm not 9pm. I'm not impressed with their service.

OK, so I accidentally went to two other locations before I got here and it was so worth the commute. That is some of the best potato salad I have ever had other than my grandmothers and I won’t dare tell her. Where have you all been hiding it I never knew I was today years old. I haven’t even tasted my sandwich yet. I know it’s gonna be good. I just had to share that it was good and also the employees were so fast to give me my order at the drive-through window. that potato salad was so good that I’m actually scared to tell anyone because there may not be any left for me when I come back
