This is absolutely the worst so called restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of going. The two employees working have no clue of what customer service is. They messed up my order. Some people don’t belong anywhere near customer service.

Not my first time eating at a jimmy johns but it was my first time at this location. I couldn't get inside to eat because the doors were locked. Then the staff inside came and stuck a sign up "drive thru". I don't eat in my car and wasn't on the way home so I left. Judging by other reviews of this location I won't be back. The reviews are not good and I don't want to spend my money at a place that has no respect or work ethic to the customer. To me if you don't like you job there are others out there.

I go here for lunch sometimes. The sandwiches are a little skimpy, cookies are always stale, and they're not freaky fast like they used to be (it was mind blowing years ago but those days are over) and some of the staff are stereotypical teenagers (can't be bothered to ... well, anything really), but some are really professional and nice, and the store is always clean, and near my work, so I keep coming back.

I ordered the turkey Tom on wheat and got one very thin slice of turkey on one half of sandwich and two thin slices of turkey on the other half. I got barely any lettuce and the only thing they were generous with was mayonnaise. It literally tasted like a mayonnaise sandwich. I couldn't even eat it and I'm pregnant and normally will eat anything. Awful sandwich and waste of money! I will not be coming back to this location.
