I visited this location on November 21, 2025, around 7:30 p.m. The dining room was already closed, so I was directed to the drive-thru. I ordered an Ultimate Italian and a Chicken Bacon Ranch footlong. When I got home (less than 10 minutes later), I discovered both sandwiches were made incorrectly—several paid toppings were completely missing. I immediately called the store to report the mistake and speak with a manager. The employee who answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive from the start. He admitted it was the store’s error but refused to offer any kind of resolution—no apology, no remakes, no refund, nothing. His exact reasoning was that “the toppings are free anyway,” so missing them didn’t justify compensation. He never once said he was sorry, never asked how the store could make it right, and spoke to me in a condescending and aggressive tone that made it clear he felt I was wrong for even bringing it up. This wasn’t just a simple mistake; it was the complete lack of accountability and outright hostility from the person on the phone that ruined the experience. I’ve never been treated so poorly when simply pointing out an order error. There are three other locations within five miles that have never given me this kind of treatment, so I will not be returning to this store. If the general manager actually cares about customer service and protecting the brand’s reputation, he/she needs to address the behavior of the employee who handled (or rather, mishandled) my call that evening. Very disappointed.

Weird staff , I just left there and she said I can’t get a turkey sandwich toasted for the new toasted sandwiches. Please go to the other locations. This location makes up their own promotions and prices

The food was good. Nothing to complain there, but the staff acts like if it’s a pain in their A$$ that they receive a client. Also I ordered my sandwiches with no lettuce, and apparently putting that in the computer is the worst that can happen! Haha I was very respectful and wished them a great rest of their day, and their response was just eye contact and look away with disgust. Maybe they just like to do drive through and not talk to anyone?

This is absolutely the worst so called restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of going. The two employees working have no clue of what customer service is. They messed up my order. Some people don’t belong anywhere near customer service.
Not my first time eating at a jimmy johns but it was my first time at this location. I couldn't get inside to eat because the doors were locked. Then the staff inside came and stuck a sign up "drive thru". I don't eat in my car and wasn't on the way home so I left. Judging by other reviews of this location I won't be back. The reviews are not good and I don't want to spend my money at a place that has no respect or work ethic to the customer. To me if you don't like you job there are others out there.
