We had a reservation for 8; 4 adults, 4 kids ages 6-11.The “Chef” did not put on any level of show. No onion volcano. No egg on the spatula. No shrimp toss. No interaction.They forgot to serve the kids steamed rice. Twice.For the 5 people eating fried rice, 1 egg. Undercooked rice.We received no drink refills. The kids were being re-filled out of the adult’s waters.The to-go boxes were handed to one person as a stack to pass around.The yum yum sauce was not good. No brown sauce offered.I was shocked at how much oil and sauce went on my salmon.The scallops were so under-done, 3 of us couldn’t eat them and one was polite to choke it down.They mis-counted our scallops so as almost everything was finished, they brought the missing portion, and placed them under a bowl in an attempt to steam them quickly.I repeatedly asked the waitress if there was an upcharge to sub the rice for vegetables. She said there was not but in fact, I was charged $2.95 extra.There is an unspoken auto-grat of 18%.My mom and 2 of the kids found themselves puking and pooping for a solid 24 hours the next day. My brother and his wife took their food home and re-cooked it. I didn’t eat mine. The 2 kids who didn’t get sick, had shrimp and steamed rice. Everyone else got food poisoning.

Husband ordered two types of sashimi. Sushi chef gave us three types by accident. Waitress asked what was wrong. We explained what happened. She explained that she had to charge us for the 3rd sashimi because cameras were watching her and she would get in trouble. This sashimi was sitting on his plate for a couple of mins. Even though she acknowledged it was a mistake, she still wanted to charge us as if it were on purpose or as if we ordered it. We had to also manually hunt down a person to take our orders and get us water. Won’t be back.

We absolutely adore this hibachi restaurant! It's become a go-to spot for my family, whether it's a casual dinner or a celebration. The service consistently impresses, and the chefs' entertaining hibachi grill shows captivate the kids every time. The generous portions ensure we always leave with leftovers, and the food is consistently delicious. A delightful dining experience overall!

We went tonight for the first time. Waited for water after the soup and had to ask for it. My wife asked not to cook wirh butter then they went to cook her food. We all had ours for 15 minutes. I asked they brought the wrong rice. They hardly cook the rice and vegetables. They are trying to rush everything. It wasn't worth my money.

We dined here on new years so i expected our server to be busy but our server was an older asian lady and she was the worst. She didn’t greet us at all just said “you ready to order?” Then forgot our drinks, when our food came she literally just placed the plates then left without asking if we needed anything. Didn’t check on us at all during our entire stay. The other servers seemed just as busy but at least they had customer service skills.

My brothers and I went for the first time and really enjoyed ourselves. The food was plentiful and as always we had great conversation with one another. The waitress was very attentive to us, keeping our drinks filled and our chef did a wonderful job in preparing the food for us. I would say they limit themselves on the tip with it being self imposed at 18%, with service like this we would normally do 25. Instead, we stuck with their request as it told us what they wanted.1
