My wife and I went through the drive thru to get 4 pot pies because we haven’t hay one in years first the young lady taking our order was so pleasant and delightful it was amazing from start to finish her name was Q my wife and I talked about experience all the way home and the pot pies were hot and delicious keep up the good work!

So apparently something going on with azure and the kfc app, but they had no problem taking my payment on the app and the transaction shows on my bank as well, guy in the store tells me he can’t make my order even though I showed him my receipt showing the transaction went through. having my time wasted like that due to a server company kfc decided to use isn’t my problem . Should’ve had a better solution than “I’m sorry “

I like this location, but the only thing I have a problem with is freshness of food, I ordered Uber Eats from here, and the chicken was ok but not that fresh the fries were not that fresh either, my thing is after a while you should just make fresh food especially when the prices are pretty steep, and just plain common knowledge. Other than that this location is pretty good, I guess a hit or miss.

I was helped by the manager Omar. I was having difficulty placing my order on line so he helped me. He was very patient and pleasant. His team working with him were also pleasant and you can tell that they liked their jobs. He definitely has a positive effect on his team because they were all 😃 smiling and working together!!! In the last 2 months I have been to this location 3 times and I have gotten the same lady in the drive thru. Her attitude is always the same it is very pleasant. She’s always nice and patient she says everything with a smile. Even my two Kids says mommy she is so nice. I forget to ask her name every time. But she is absolutely amazing.
Googled, door, signage on the drive thru speaker, all say: closes at 10p. So I should not have been told "we are closed" at 930p.

Ordered the 4 pc combo. Got two breasts, 1 tiny wing, and a leg. I wanted a thigh as that is my favorite piece of chicken, the Cole slaw was frozen and had a terrible off taste. The original recipe chicken tasted like it was missing something. Did not get a receipt. SMH Staff was friendly.
