I like this location, but the only thing I have a problem with is freshness of food, I ordered Uber Eats from here, and the chicken was ok but not that fresh the fries were not that fresh either, my thing is after a while you should just make fresh food especially when the prices are pretty steep, and just plain common knowledge. Other than that this location is pretty good, I guess a hit or miss.

I was helped by the manager Omar. I was having difficulty placing my order on line so he helped me. He was very patient and pleasant. His team working with him were also pleasant and you can tell that they liked their jobs. He definitely has a positive effect on his team because they were all 😃 smiling and working together!!! In the last 2 months I have been to this location 3 times and I have gotten the same lady in the drive thru. Her attitude is always the same it is very pleasant. She’s always nice and patient she says everything with a smile. Even my two Kids says mommy she is so nice. I forget to ask her name every time. But she is absolutely amazing.
Googled, door, signage on the drive thru speaker, all say: closes at 10p. So I should not have been told "we are closed" at 930p.

Ordered the 4 pc combo. Got two breasts, 1 tiny wing, and a leg. I wanted a thigh as that is my favorite piece of chicken, the Cole slaw was frozen and had a terrible off taste. The original recipe chicken tasted like it was missing something. Did not get a receipt. SMH Staff was friendly.
This was by far my most pleasant experience ever at KFC. Both the staff and food were excellent. Now if the lady next to me had refrained from blowing her nose(quite loudly) it would of been perfect 😉. People, when blowing your nose, please go to the bathroom or wait til you are back in your car!

When I pulled up to the speaker, there was no greeting, just "go ahead with your order", and "what else" until my order was complete. This makes my 3rd trip in recent months that they've been out of chicken midday. Although the service and professionalism sucks, the food is usually what you go there expecting. Apparently, uniforms are optional. Seems like only the cook has to wear one. Also, not one glove in sight.
Vegetarian options: Not a place for vegans.
Kid-friendliness: Too much cursing from staff to be kid friendly
