Ordered the 4 pc combo. Got two breasts, 1 tiny wing, and a leg. I wanted a thigh as that is my favorite piece of chicken, the Cole slaw was frozen and had a terrible off taste. The original recipe chicken tasted like it was missing something. Did not get a receipt. SMH Staff was friendly.

When I pulled up to the speaker, there was no greeting, just "go ahead with your order", and "what else" until my order was complete. This makes my 3rd trip in recent months that they've been out of chicken midday. Although the service and professionalism sucks, the food is usually what you go there expecting. Apparently, uniforms are optional. Seems like only the cook has to wear one. Also, not one glove in sight.
Vegetarian options: Not a place for vegans.
Kid-friendliness: Too much cursing from staff to be kid friendly

Here in Lawrenceville visiting relatives went to kfc my order was pack wrong call to the kfc numerous of time no answer but when I decided to go in the store to let them know what happened I stood there 15 minutes ignored until other staff walk in and when I told what had happened it wasn't a big deal so I ask for corporate office number and I call them they didn't seem to care neither so what kind of business establishment is this is this the way you treat customers that spend there hard earned money with kfc
