Visited last night with my family. The food was great as always. We had Renata as our waitress. She was amazing. Extremely pleasant, attentive and timely. Would definitely ask to sit in her section again. Great atmosphere. Even though it was a packed house, it wasn't crowded.

I've been here a few times, and I've loved it every time! You choose your soup base, order meats and veggies, and mix up your own dipping sauces. My favorites are the Thai soup base, ribeye, meatballs, shrimp balls, mussels, ramen noodles, fried tofu, watercress, lotus root, bamboo, and all the mushrooms! It's nice to go with a group (or a hungry friend!), so you can order a variety of things and enjoy it all!

Came in last night with my family. We were seated fairly quickly. We sat all the way in the back corner but I didn't mind, we were close to the restrooms and condiments. Theo was our server and he was great. He possesses great customer service. He was very professional and kind. He even offered me a military discount because of my service. Food was really good, I was really surprised because of my prior disappointments at previous Korean bbq spots around the metro areas. Vibe was also great, we didn't feel rushed and Theo periodically checked on us. Would be coming back although we live in the south side of the metro areas, an hour or so away!

We came here the other week for a date night. Overall really great experience and the meat selection and quality was AMAZING! (You HAVE to try the short ribs) however I will say this place is not very beginner friendly. There is a lot going on between cooking the bbq your self AND trying to cook your hotpot. It gets overwhelming VERY easily and our waiter although nice will NOT help you cook your food. What was disappointing was the side dish bar. The hot items were stale and not very flavorful. DONT even get me started on the kimchi is was bad. Over all this place is good for hot pot. But the kbbq was just ok and the side dishes were lacking.

Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to our server, whose actual name remains unknown to me as he was identified by the name tag "cool guy." I must acknowledge that his service was exceptional. The 1-star rating for service was specifically attributed to the manager. This is our initial visit to kpot, despite having already experienced numerous all-you-can-eat establishments. We were aware that there would be a restriction on the number of orders per round. However, we were surprised that kpot did not inform us of their specific limit. Consequently, we decided to sample all the beef options available on the menu, as we have no interest in other types of meat. Additionally, we would like to request one order of bbq marinated fish. They were content with that. I am uncertain whether the system malfunctioned or not. However, there were instances of duplicate orders, which became obvious when we presented clear evidence to the manager. Additionally, we did not receive the fish dish as intended, and instead received two identical plates of fish. Let's not even begin to discuss the abundance of duplicate beef orders we have. The manager accused us of failing to return the duplicate dishes within one hour and imposed two additional charges as waste fees. Seated around a spacious table, our meals were positioned at two diametrically opposed positions. We attempted to complete one side before proceeding to the other, at which point we discovered the presence of duplicates. Allow me clarify my point. It is incumbent upon first-time customers to ascertain the appearance of the dishes prior to placing an order. Is it fair to attribute any lack of awareness to the customers themselves? A proficient and efficiently run restaurant requires the ability to prevent errors and refrain from causing dissatisfaction to their customers to such an extent that they feel compelled to compose an extensive negative review. Dear Mr. Manager, I kindly request that you demonstrate responsibility in your role and pursue appropriate management training. Please show respect to the proprietor who has invested their funds to establish this establishment and provide you with employment to sustain your livelihood.Best.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We do not eat pork for religious reasons and asked the server multiple times if the schzwan broth has pork. The server assured us that the broth was chicken only but we later on found out(after we consumed the food) that the broth cannot be modified and that it contained pork. Ridiculous! Never coming here again!!
