Kroger Deli

Morning bed back to the area after two years working out of state. This store has become an embarrassment. Produce shelves are always nearly a third empty. Store is messy, cluttered, and unclean. Quality of produce that you can find is poor with fruit flies all over it. Pretty gross. If you want a decent Kroger, go to Sugarloaf or Lawrenceville-Suwannee. Or Better yet just go East a block and visit Publix.

I frequent this Kroger often and the one off Meadowchurch. Tonight at the one here on Riverside Drive I received the worse service. The cashier/attendant for the self check out lanes kept insisting that I hadn’t rang up items in the self check out everytime she came over to assist me. She would look in the bags and on the shelf and say oh you didn’t scan this... ma’am I did and I’d show her on the receipt , had to call her again to assist and again she states I didn’t scan my sprite, I said I don’t have a sprite and if you mean this juice it is indeed scanned, she also insisted I didn’t scan a banana...again I had to show her I had. She had a nasty attitude about some hair bows I purchased not ringing up the right price. I had to ask her was she new because in all my years of coming there I’ve never been treated that way. She even tried to downplay it and say oh you know the registers have been updated and they even have cameras above each one?????? She stated that to sayyyy what? I left it alone and didn’t say much but she should treat all people no matter how they look with respect. I was dressed down in sweats and normally I’m dressed up from work when I come in. I am admin at the hospital. I work long hours in ED and see people from all walks of life. I would never assume or treat anyone a certain way based on how they look which is what she did to me. With all going on in our nation we should be showing more love toward one another. I was also in pain and definitely not in the mood to be accused of stealing nor to deal with the attitude. I didn’t say anything to management on today but if it happens in the future I definitely will. I respect my elders which is why I didn’t say much, but respect goes both ways and she wasn’t a sweet acting lil ole lady on tonight

Attractive Smooth shopping well lit Prices reasonable lot of products overall very good and inviting once you shop there u want to return for a positive experience. Love the place.
