Morning bed back to the area after two years working out of state. This store has become an embarrassment. Produce shelves are always nearly a third empty. Store is messy, cluttered, and unclean. Quality of produce that you can find is poor with fruit flies all over it. Pretty gross. If you want a decent Kroger, go to Sugarloaf or Lawrenceville-Suwannee. Or Better yet just go East a block and visit Publix.

Absolutely horrible store. Older, I guess?? Not well taken care of. Trash & merch in isles, NO MERCH... should I go on? Produce was picked over, but I guess fresh enough. Bakery looked so sad- not fresh & exciting... tucked away in the corner. Dark, dingy & just not a good feeling to shop here. My cart worked just fine 1/4 the way & wheel just stopped working. I PUSHED it to the register & exchanged it... good times, not. OH did I mention I got THE LAST CART in the entrance... other shoppers were scratching their heads. REDICULOUS..... PEOPLE GO BACK TO WORK!!! BE NORMAL CITIZENS & work, EARN money... help your community!!! Enough of my rant. This store stinks!!!

My family and I happen to come to this location for years and I can honestly say that I only come here because it is conveniently located down the street for us however I do not prefer this location because they seem to be out of stock often and not very clean or organized. For positive criticism that will allow them to know areas where they can improve there are staff that can be helpful and friendly and I do appreciate the items that are in stock and in good condition. One thing that I love about Kroger overall are the fuel point reward and coupons in the mail based on purchases.

I have been going to this store since I was a kid. I still live close to this Kroger and I love the remodel. Everything is pretty easy to find and they have great prices.

I frequent this Kroger often and the one off Meadowchurch. Tonight at the one here on Riverside Drive I received the worse service. The cashier/attendant for the self check out lanes kept insisting that I hadn’t rang up items in the self check out everytime she came over to assist me. She would look in the bags and on the shelf and say oh you didn’t scan this... ma’am I did and I’d show her on the receipt , had to call her again to assist and again she states I didn’t scan my

I will never shop at this Kroger again. The cashier Macca was incredibly rude and obnoxious to several people in her line. She doesn't even know what customer service is and should be fired. I have been a Kroger customer for decades. I will drive further out to another location than spend money in this location ever again.

The manager ms Carla... shouldn't be a manager not helpful when a customer needs help you don't just point n argue there wrong that there right there when they aren't. Everyone needs jobs if you hate yours give it to someone else

I've been to many Kroger's around Ga, and this is THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just rude, scoff you off, and don't even apologize when they are in the wrong! Tried to make a payment one time (this is just 1 incident), gave a man at the money center $400..for him to give me $200 back and tell ME I only gave him $200?! I asked for a manager and she corrected it. He looked disgusted when he handed me my money back. Anytime I deal with either of the two main guys that work here, its always a bad experience.

I love kroger but this experience was not the best, seems as if veggies are not as fresh as they could be.. ppl are very nice though, little slow even though I was the only one

I shop at Kroger because I use their coupons and like their low no salt canned veggies. Also I love their frozen veggies which allows me to make many delicious meals in 30 minutes. Cooking for two is easy with so many alternatives. I also use their pulled chicken that can turn into chili or stir fried dishes in a snap! Company coming is no problem

Every single Kroger I go into is dark and depressing and I believe that this is because all the food is dark and depressing. Add some lights to ever location and add some good produce. I dread going in to any Kroger so much so that I go to Trader Joe's Whole Foods and Publix and pay more money for better quality and lighting. Fire your production and marketing team.
