Very unprofessional. Team members were very unhelpful with picking up online paid orders. I asked to speak to a manager they were rude about calling the manager who wasn’t even on the floor .
Nicely done very well kept, first time at this Kroger. Everyone I spoke with was super.
Racist as can be! I love Kroger but not this location! My daughter went shopping for her grandmother, who isn’t able to..my daughter was told by an Indian cashier that she could not purchase the $9.00 items (which were only two items) because of my daughter committing fraud? my daughter called me very embarrassed. I told my daughter to speak with the manager (lmao what a joke) I can hear from the speaker phone that the manager woman and man was just plain out nasty and rude. They both had no customer service skills and denied the right for my daughter to buy groceries. I told my daughter to not say another word, I was on my way because if you know like I do, you’ll be thrown in jail just for speaking. I took an Uber to the filthy location and to my surprise the workers there that were Caucasian who had surrounded my daughter and told her this rubbish were hiding. No one knew where they were. FINALLY the “manager “ appeared, he had approached me, as I started explaining to him with documents and ID’s in hand he abruptly tried to interrupt me and say that I was loud and to lower my voice. I did just that….guess what he did next? Yes you’re right, he called 911! I rest my case, I also called 911 to make a report about his behavior. He could of kindly said I don’t want your business, THEE END. I never shopped there before and according to the reviews, the discrimination and racism, I’ll never return! The fact that he wasted the police time and mine when he wasn’t threatened, scared or harmed is diabolical to say the least. Pure disgust.
I came into this location yesterday on 9/9 and the sales associate Yuri was so helpful! I asked her a few questions that someone else might’ve been annoyed with, but she was so patient with me! She helped me find everything I was looking for, and even though I’m a proud Publix shopper, I will definitely be back soon! Thank you Yuri!
They have had the same vegetables out for at least a week now. Every time I go in there never appears to be a restock on produce. At this point when is the truck coming to restock this store.
received moldy food from this place multiple times! Ordered through insta art and received moly artisan bread and gluten free bread. Went in store and bought mushrooms only to find MOLDy half mushrooms at the bottom of a whole mushroom container . Disgusting
As far as kroger stores go this one sucks

This store not good
Beware of using Instacart pickup here. This store doesn’t have its stuff together with the Instacart system. The workers in the pickup area are crooks and will hold your groceries, hostage, even though the order you placed is fully paid for. They force their own lack of knowledge about the Instacart system onto you to deal with. Even though the order is fully paid for by the Instacart shopper when they check the items out at the register, they somehow think that the order is not paid for even though the error they speak of has nothing to do with the payment itself. They are stealing customer’s hard earned money and telling them to take it up with Instacart to get a refund even though the groceries are fully paid for. I had to go through almost 2 hours of trouble to finally get my items for what should have been a quick and easy pickup.
If you want condoms, plan b, or a pregnancy test, you have to tell the pharmacist to unlock them for you and buy them at the pharmacy. But you can’t check out the rest of your items at the pharmacy. So basically you’re making 2 separate transactions and paying taxes twice.
Reasonable prices you can get what you want
I've been shopping at this Kroger for 10 years and today they wouldn't sell me a nyquil for the flu because I'm not from the USA. Another woman offered to buy it and I said no. What if it was for me, no:(,"and his other words that he used were rasist"
