No Thank You! You don’t go to Krystal expecting culinary excellence, but this place is worse than usual. It’s hot inside, Burgers had an odd taste, like a burnt grill, I hope I’m not going to be sick from eating one. An employee was talking LOUD on her phone with the caller on speaker while in the dining room the whole time. Stay away.

I’ve given many chances to Krystal’s, and lately been let down by their associates. For the third time in my long 16 hour days. They produced nothing but bad and (OLD) food. Half star out of 5.

I really love White Castle whenever I go back up north. I’ve heard Krystal is supposed to be the next best thing. Honestly, my craving for White Castle is the only reason I keep giving this place a chance.
But over the past year, I only ate inside once—and that one time, was the only time that my food was fresh. Every other time I swing by I get stale bread, tough meat, and just weird service overall. Today, I tried calling to let them know how bad the food was, but they wouldn’t even answer the phone.

I would not give this place any stars at all. This place was trash trash trash from the start of the drive way when i turned in i new it was going to be bad . But i really had know idea how bad it was going to be . 1st the drive through speaker was busted so theres cars backed up past the food menu. So we wait . . Im second from the drive through window. The car in front of me its obvious they no the employee thats working cause there chattin it up the car gets it food an drinks an i swear to the higher power that is above us that they talk another 10 mins hell im thinking the car is waiting on something else low an behold they get done dap out the car pulls off doesn't get another bag or nothing. Ok its our turn pull up fist a 12 packof krystal is 14 dollars before tax thats without cheese fries or a drink if you want fries an a drink thats an extra 9 dollars on top of the 14 .an this is all before tax . We opted out on that so we get the 5 for 8 dollar deal . We get 2 corn pups an 3 krystals . The food comes burnt i mean its not hard to cook corndogs at all yall know that krystal meet was already small back in the 90's . You wouldn't think . But yes you got it the meat the krystal burger was actually smaller. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Negative 100 stars dont go here this place needs new manger new employees a totally new building or at least a major face lift an bring it up to date an out of the 90's

Went back today and it was not the same team, burgers were not what they were before (hot and fresh off the grill) This were being put together as they scrubbed the flat top. I don't even know were they came from , because we were watching. The only thing fresh were my onion rings

Edit: Originally 1 star due to the theft of one of my most delicious cheese Krystal. They have since redeemed themselves, and made right this most heinous act. We're all cool again. Thanks Pookie! 🫶🏼
