Service is ok....kind of...just today I spent every penny I had left to my name and got Krystal's that were used for another order. The buns were stale and kinda hard and I had scarps of bacon and BBQ sauce on mine? The onions on my sandwich were just black...on what was supposed to be a regular Krystal, that's how I know they reused the Krystal's from another order instead of just making me fresh ones. It tasted gross and looked off. Well I'm homeless so thanks for messing up the only food I left on this earth. I'm definitely calling the closet thing to cooperate I can find. Yall suck and I hope you get shut down.

If I could give this place a 0….I definitely would!!! This place has really changed from years ago ! I food isn’t good , the staff hangs outside for a smoke break I guess and comes inside when they ready. The food is overpriced for some items. And this is the only location that’s close to my job . I really missed the one in Stone Mountain where the food always was fresh! This place here in pike Street a Lawrenceville Ga. food be uncooked at times, and tasted old and the grit be reheated grits,and lumpy and the sausage also be old! I’ve talked to them about it and it’s always an attitude. I’ve given this place several times to make it right! And it’s still the same! I will not be returning!

Nothing is wrong with the staff, it’s the food that is not great here! Breakfast and lunch…I work close by so I have been here a few times in the last 3 years, I have been disappointed every time and I do not understand why I keep coming here. So this is exactly the Last Time!! The grit bowl was not even warm and I had just pulled off and drove 3 minutes to work. @ lunch the Krystal burgers are a soggy mess as you try to salt and pepper all of it to add flavor…sorry but never coming back!
