At one point in time, I used to eat here every week and always said the customer service is poor. The delicious food kept me coming. But they are ALWAYS late to open. Today I waited 45 minutes outside because they open at 2pm and the owner shows up at 3pm. I had already drove so far so I stayed. I go in as the first customer and make my order. A guy comes in speaking Creole and orders and he gets his food. Two other guys comes in speaking Creole, they wait a little and they get their food. I am still waiting for my food, is it because I'm American? Or is it because these people have priority? No phone orders were placed because they JUST had open. I didn't receive a sorry, an acknowledgement- nothing. After today, I am not giving them my money anymore. Idc how good the food is, their service is POOR.

Edit: they have a new cook. The food tastes nothing as good as it did before.

Horrible service. My sister and myself called and ordered food for pick up. The guy told us the cost was $30 per plate. When we got there we were charged $40. They didn’t give us a receipt and when we asked for the receipt that’s when we noticed we were over charged. I will not recommend this place.

I recently stop by this restaurant while I was in the area, it was very disappointed. The food, especially the goat, was not good, its not the real goat. I've never been to any Haitian restaurant like " this horrible place" -The atmosphere lacked dining space, making it feel like a takeout-only place. When we asked to eat inside, we weren’t given any plates. The worst part was an older man, possibly the owner, who loudly berated the server in front of customers, showing lack of respects and professionalism. ( nou menm haitian fòk nou gen respè pou moun, swa li tap travail pou ou, oubyen lap travail mm kote avè nou. gade bouch nou lè nap pale ave yo. its time to grow. "SMALL MINDED" Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.
I wish i could give zero star for everything.

I am from Miami… With the original Haitian food and restaurant…. I only end up at this place because the other restaurant 6mins away didn’t have griot and I really wanted Griot …. Worst place ever took way to long and it wasn’t good at all a waste of my money

I give this haitian restaurant 0! I paid $40 something odd dollars for two orders of legume with no meat because i'am vegan. When i paid for the two dinner plates the lady did not give me my full amount back that she owed me 13.64. She gave me the dollar amount but not the change and when i asked her for the change she said she dont have it, well when was you going to tell me that. Then i get home to find meat in both dinner plates i threw both plates away! Customer service horrible! Never again will I come here!

1st time there, I purchased 24 patties. They were the worst Haitian patties i ever tasted. Without a doubt they have been seating somewhere in the back room for days or even week. They smell bad when you open them even the fish ones were not pleasant. The sad part was i got 12 of them for my friend daughter that just had a baby.

All I can do is laugh ? The food is great but the wait time will piss you off! The food is the only reason I keep coming back… once the taste slips, I’ll find another place. I always call to place my order and they’ll say 25 minutes but don’t come until they call you. And that will be about 70-80 minutes later.. no

The food is normally always good and the prices are fine ! I don’t want yall to not try it but I place my orders in advance and get told 20 minute wait but it’s always an hour or longer and today is over I went to Walmart got gas and still had to wait lol again the food is , but the wait time will forever be long !

Awesome Food

They do not run business well at all!!!! They’re supposed to open at 12. It’s almost never open at 12. Can call 1,000 times nobody will answer the phone so you can place the order before arriving. You have to walk in basically. When you get there always rude but the food is soooo good it’s so hard to not come back even tho the customer service SUCKS!
