We set up the order in the app.. but after some confusion, the pizza that came to the door was flat and had no crust, though we wanted the stuffed crust.
The rest of the order was good.. not a fan of the pizza we ended up with.

around 2:30 pm today i saw this place was clearly understaffed . i went to get a pizza and i see the manager yelling at an employee like very bad . im unclear what happened but the employee looked taken a back and very humiliated and upset . she was trying to take my order while the manager was yelling at her . not even kidding this was a scene out a movie . all i heard was the manager degrading her employee and talking down on her . i hope i can report this because why is this even happening at a pizza place . how can a manager be so comfortable putting on a show like this in front of customers ?

what’s the point of a drive through if it’s not used? Waste of time, hire people who actually do the job they’re hired to do.

My pizza was 15-20 minutes late then somebody who don’t speak English brought it and I couldn’t figure out a way to let him know that the pizza was cold the bread stick sauce was wasted all in the bag and they forgot my two liter Mountain Dew then I proceeded to call about twenty times no one answered this is the worst experience with pizza I have ever encountered
If I’m going to sit down for 30 minutes to wait on “hot and ready” pizzas atleast let the food be good. I received a burnt dry and hard pie of cheese pizza and breadsticks that had no garlic and were also hard like a rock. Everything was clearly over cooked and my money was wasted.

This trip gave low vibrations I have gotten free crazy bread before when they didn’t offer it but today the man who took my order was not welcoming and when I asked about the bread he said it was only though the drive through. They act real dry like the pizza was today. I’ll definitely go to another location from now on.

The employees are never friendly and quite lazy. Now when you drive up, there’s a sign that says “Come inside please!!” Umm no. What’s the point of having a pick up window if you’re not going to use it? Also they take FOREVER.
