Been here 2 times and hands down the WORST customer service! Im honestly convinced its a requirement to be as rude , unhelpful and slow as possible! They will lie and say your order is ready on the app and have you waiting with no explanation on where it is, extremely rude staff.

This order was for a resident event at a community. I ordered 12 pizzas by accident. It was only supposed to be 6 but misread the sticky note I had. I came right back in as soon as I noticed my mistake. It wasn’t even a minute. I came back in and explained I need to get a refund. The same person who took my order came back and was completely rude. Very hostile. All because I need to get a refund. She said I was making her day more difficult. Then she didn’t want to give me a receipt because the system wouldn’t let her. The transaction didn’t take her more than 2 minutes. Y'all need to do better. Hire people who actually want to do their job. I believe her name is Melissa C. That’s what my first receipt had.

There are two young ladies that I believe are sisters. They've been there for a few years. They are extremely helpful and pleasant. Pizza was out rather quickly. I will definitely be back!

I had an excellent experience with Iny and J’nae this evening. They did an amazing job, the food was hot & customer service was amazing. I will be returning to this location specifically for these ladies!!! Keep up the great work!!! 10/10 recommend!

Team Walker

Waited 45 minutes for our order because they gave it to someone else. This place is run by rude teenagers with no adult in sight. They also insult customers behind the drive thru window even though we can clearly hear them. I was willing to give them a break because I mean, they work at Little Caesars and probably aren’t paid nearly enough, but they didn’t even pretend to try at all to be nice.

The young woman there were lovely lady night. We ordered, it was going to be 20 mins so we pulled up in to the old Ingles parking lot to nurse my newborn. When our order was ready we drove back over and the young women saw my 6 week old, cooed over him then gave us some cookies that my 4 year old ate lol.

I sat in drive thru up to 15 min and workers kept walking past ignoring me. I had to call the store while sitting in drive thru to get someone to take my order. I also didn't enjoy the pepperoni puffs and pizza was ok but it was all fresh!

All these workers do is play on their phones and will not even greet you or say I’ll be right with you.
The manager on duty will be going along with it too , so much for setting the standard that won’t happen under her leadership. Who ever owns this business we lose it soon if it’s not corrected.

Always order ahead and still wait 10 plus minutes for my pizza. Workers are very non chalant and act like it's an act of congress to get dips i ordered.

customer service is terrible.. ordered a singular pizza 30 minutes ahead and when i arrived they still hadn’t made it or put it in the oven. then they got mad because i walked inside at 9 even though i placed my order ahead of time + the drive thru line was long.
