Little Caesars Pizza

this was my first time getting “pizza” and i’m so confused. how am i supposed to eat it?? when i asked the lovely lady working, she growled at me and whispered a date in my ear that she clarified would be the day i die. i feel fear. i have never felt fear before. later, a strange man touched my forehead and i experienced every human life that has and ever will exist simultaneously. am i god? thank you little ceasers for changing my life. however they had pepsi products, not coke so i do unfortunately have to take one star off. but kroger has a sale on blueberries right now, and thus it is time to let the orangutan out of her enclosure. little ceasers, fear the orangutan. she is out for blood, specifically the blood of your weak willed workers. praise jehovah.

Please, please, please, you should change your employee behavior. That girl is very rude. She is white, does lots of makeup like a crazy.

Our pizza was unfortunately raw and not cooked and it definitely ruined our dinner ☹️

The pizza is raw, I spoke to the store and the costumer service and nothing helps, they make you wait if they give this is not free

Unfortunately I just witnessed a very very rude incident. I will go ahead and go to Pizza Hut from now on. Janet and her employee who refused to give her a younger looking girl really need to be fired. They are rude and basically threw my pizza at me. I spent a nice amount of money and next time I will go elsewhere. I even heard them cussing about a customer in the drive through. Yall need to do better!

I ordered online from Little Caesar’s and arrived a little early to pick it up. The app showed that my order was still in the oven, so I decided to wait at the drive-thru. After waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to come to the window, I explained that I had placed an order online. The employee told me I needed to come inside to pick it up. I explained that I couldn’t because I had a small child sleeping in the car and asked if she could just hand me the order. Her response was shockingly unprofessional—she yelled, “OMG, this girl!” then slammed the window shut.

She came back after speaking to someone and insisted that I still needed to go inside because the order was in the portal. I checked the app and could see the order had just been placed in the portal, so I asked her to bring it out. She refused, saying I had to come in. At that point, I asked her to cancel my order. After rudely asking, “Are you sure you want to cancel?” she went to cancel the order.

The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing, from the rude behavior to the lack of basic customer service. I won’t be returning to this location.

By the looks of all the reviews for this location it reflect the business standards are LOW THIS LOCATION NEEDS BETTER LEADERSHIP. LOOK INTO WHO CALLED ME ON THE 800 COMPLAINT LINE SHE SOUNDS LIKE TRAILER TRASH .The manager at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. The new hire do not know how to run the register. The manager speaks with her employees rude out loud in front of customers. The manager debited my card and said it did not go through, but my bank cleared the payment. I had to call the police officer. I filed a complaint, and the store manager from the complaint line called and lied and cursed on the phone and hung up decline to return my funds. I have to dispute one of the charges from this location. This store location needs to hire better leadership. The complaint line declined to provide the general managers number and email which is also a lie. This is the worst location in laweranceville.

I ordered a pizza got a cheese pizza paid for it and the lady shorted me 9 cents I said do you have nine cents and she was like I'm sorry we don't have any change I'm like well you so very quickly shorted me the change and it seemed like a very common practice to you I would like my change let me bring you some change so I can get my change back oh I can assure you I don't need your change I said well that's apparent the other thing is the last time I went to Little Caesars about a week ago same exact thing happened I think these people are making a point of short changing their customers count your change their short-changing people AKA stealing money literally as a common practice here

The customer service was excellent from the moment of entry. The manager gave me the option to purchase a hot and ready pizza or have one made freshly made. She was very professional during our interaction. I decided to have a cheese pizza made. The building interior needs an upgrade and some renovations.
