Before I went on Sunday, I had only gone to this one once before, because it was late and the one closest to me was closed. It was literally the best pizza I've ever gotten from a little Caesars. I refuse to go back to the Pleasant Hill location, and this time I happily drove the extra 10 minutes to this location, and received the same great quality of pizza and service. 10/10 would recommend this location!

I places an online order. My driver was waiting for 20 plus minutes for my order. Someone else took it so they canceled my order and won't reorder it or send another driver. And I don't get a refund for 10 days. This is beyond ridiculous

Ok. Food service can be demanding, and the times I've watched Mr. Mike work, I hope this gentleman is rewarded. He's both thorough AND moves with Purpose to serve his customers the best possible. Not everyone can have that...flair about them when the heat is on...Mikes collected.

It was one of my favorite pizzerias but the new working staff likes to work the least, I went for a pizza at 9:35 pm, their closing time is at 10:00pm and they told me they could not take the order because it was late, friend if you do not want to work in the established schedule better get another job !!!!

This is the last time I'll ever come to this place. Apparently they don't have very good sanitary practices here.

A young man who was working the register and drive thru took my order after handing credits cards and touching other surfaces and items. He then proceeded to start making pizza.

While back there I observed him grabbing pepperoni etc without washing his hands. He didn't even put in any gloves!! In fact, both workers in the back weren't wearing gloves and they were preparing food!!!

I mean do people realize how nasty and disgusting it is to touch other people's credit cards, money, surfaces etc and then proceed to start making your food without washing???!!

I immediately left and went somewhere else despite already paying for my order. I figure if this is how they are training their staff then it's not even worth the $7 bucks I paid to ask for my money back. If a food inspector saw this they'd definitely be written up. Totally unacceptable!

this was my first time getting “pizza” and i’m so confused. how am i supposed to eat it?? when i asked the lovely lady working, she growled at me and whispered a date in my ear that she clarified would be the day i die. i feel fear. i have never felt fear before. later, a strange man touched my forehead and i experienced every human life that has and ever will exist simultaneously. am i god? thank you little ceasers for changing my life. however they had pepsi products, not coke so i do unfortunately have to take one star off. but kroger has a sale on blueberries right now, and thus it is time to let the orangutan out of her enclosure. little ceasers, fear the orangutan. she is out for blood, specifically the blood of your weak willed workers. praise jehovah.

Please, please, please, you should change your employee behavior. That girl is very rude. She is white, does lots of makeup like a crazy.

Our pizza was unfortunately raw and not cooked and it definitely ruined our dinner ☹️

The pizza is raw, I spoke to the store and the costumer service and nothing helps, they make you wait if they give this is not free

Janet is very unprofessional, very rude, and it was the worst customer experience I ever had. This is not her first time being disrespectful to customers.

Unfortunately I just witnessed a very very rude incident. I will go ahead and go to Pizza Hut from now on. Janet and her employee who refused to give her a younger looking girl really need to be fired. They are rude and basically threw my pizza at me. I spent a nice amount of money and next time I will go elsewhere. I even heard them cussing about a customer in the drive through. Yall need to do better!
