Marco's Pizza

One lady by the name is Ashley is so sweet and funny. I like her. She made me laugh but the other young lady, naw. She want to talk crap to her coworker like I can't hear or something or that I must spend my money at this location. I got a refund and went to another Marco's. I'll never go back to this location again which sucks because it's right around the corner of my house.

The cashier was really nice and attentive. He does seems to care about costumer service and gives 100% on it. Wish I could remember his name, overall Im very satisfied. Give him a raise!

Okay. So I ordered a curbside pickup and even tipped on the website. Got there, hit the button in the email to let them know I was there. I waited forever and no one came out. So I went inside and inquired. My pizza was sitting on the warming shelf. The guy with the dark glasses on was totally clueless. Totally unprofessional place. And more than a whiff of laziness. No more business from me. Apparently customer service isn't in their DNA. The only upside was the pizza was pretty good. Other than that, no thank you.

Update: So, I tried to use the form online to reach out to the owner. Typically, it doesn't work. You want people to patronize your business, tip for sub par service, then have no reliable way to register a complaint with you. Brilliant. Excellent business model.

The bread sticks were very good. My kids are all the pizza so I didn't get to try it, but since they ate it all I guess it was good!

Bad service

Great pizza and stellar service. Amazing deal on Tuesday. Best pizza for the price! Service is 5 stars always. A deal within a deal surrounded by a deal!!!

The website sucks, tho. If you want to change locations, it's the absolute worst system to navi8. Makes start over from your default location. I commute... have eaten at at least 5 Marco's in the last 6 months. Should be click n a swipe but isn't.

Pies are great tho.

We were served by Ashley, her attitude was very hateful and rude, both with us and with her coworkers, it is clear that this person does not enjoy working there at all, I recommend that she look for another place to work or something that she does enjoy doing, the food may be delicious but with that kind of service I wouldn't think about coming back.

I'm not just talking about this restaurant, but most fast food, and well-known brands; They don't even use nets, much less gloves. The only one I have seen is Qtrip.

Really good quality food that tastes great better than the other chains that are out there.

It's pretty rare that I complain, but we ordered take out. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 9:08, they didn't complete the order until 9:26. To make it worse our order was wrong. The people working there had headphones on trying to take orders and make orders.

I walked in and was greeted by the staff. I got some cheesy bread sticks and garlic Parmesan wings and it was hot and fresh and made quickly. The manager Amani was super attentive and made sure every thing was up to standards !
