Marco's Pizza

This is crazy—I love Marco’s Pizza, I really do, but this is the part I don’t understand. The customer in these pictures was originally inside without the dog. Then, she went back to her car, grabbed the dog, and brought it into the restaurant. How is there no management stepping in to say, “Ma’am, this is a restaurant”? Even though she’s holding the dog, its hair can still get everywhere. How is this allowed? I just don’t get it.

The manager should have said, “Your dog needs to stay in the car.” But now I get it—someone who got in the car with her is a family member of someone who works here. Ah, now I see the favoritism. That explains why she was allowed to bring the dog in, but it’s still wrong.

Marco's in general has good pizza for a great price. The pepperoni and sausage are very flavorful. This location in particular has fast service and the people that work there seem nice. They usually ask me if I want Parmesan or red pepper flakes when I pick up my order which a lot of pizza places don't do.

Assistant Manager, Cordele’s customer service was 5-Star!

I had a pickup order that was prepared incorrectly. I asked for XL $13.99 deal and bread sticks for my family. I asked that the pizza be cut in squares because of the children that don’t care for crust. The pizza wasn’t cut in squares, they offered to remake, which they did but while I sat there the conversation between the two co workers was not meant for the workplace. After 15 minutes my pizza was ready. I got the pizza home to realize I didn’t receive the (2) ordered, the garlic bread was no longer fresh and the toppings on my remade
Pizza were minimal compared to the first pizza. Not sure I will order from them again!!

I ordered two medium pizzas, one for my wife which was made correctly and she said “was fine” and one for me which was made wrong. I ordered pepperoni and sausage. Somehow I got a pepperoni and pineapple, which sound nothing alike, but maybe with the loud music or one employee being on FaceTime when I walked in kept them from hearing me. When I called and told them this they told me essentially “that’s what you ordered so you’d have to bring that pizza back to get a new one”. Which means I’d have to drive ~20 minutes with traffic both ways then they’d start me a pizza that I should have gotten in the first place. Pass, I just won’t go back

Every time I’ve gone, except once, the pizza has been phenomenal for a chain pizza restaurant! The staff are super sweet as well.

Curbside pickup service is terrible. I’m sitting here waiting and no one is bringing my food. I have two kids in car seats so I’m trying to avoid going in the store.

Very bad service, terrible, I spent 15 minutes in front of the counter to place my order, I wanted to order another pizza and I couldn't. The pizza sauce stays on the edges and is unpleasant, I didn't like it, I don't recommend it

Updating review. The last couple times ordering the order was wrong. There is either no extra sauce or no cheese when ordered.

Supposed is a grill chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon but I just see 3 small piece of chicken in my whole sub and no cheese

Good customer service. Limited parking. Call in orders/walk-in to place your order. Can had your food delivered by their own delivery or have it delivered to you through a delivery service such as Uber. Delivery services must go inside to pickup. Clean here. Employees appear to work really well together.
