Oh man. I was playing a gig around the corner and needed to maje 4 meals out of $10 and Marcos had a large pepperoni deal. Bam. It was so good i burnt my mouth trying to get more in. This is my new favorite pizza brand. Totally fantastic, loaded with toppings and cheese, and a delicious crust. Will find a Marcos in my area now!
*bonus..a young pizza maker was cool and polite and helped me right away. I dont have his name and didnt have the extra money to tip him, so if corporate wanted a physical description of the employee that went above and beyond, I'd be happy to oblige, just not here in public on Google. Give him a raise tho FR

This is crazy—I love Marco’s Pizza, I really do, but this is the part I don’t understand. The customer in these pictures was originally inside without the dog. Then, she went back to her car, grabbed the dog, and brought it into the restaurant. How is there no management stepping in to say, “Ma’am, this is a restaurant”? Even though she’s holding the dog, its hair can still get everywhere. How is this allowed? I just don’t get it.

The manager should have said, “Your dog needs to stay in the car.” But now I get it—someone who got in the car with her is a family member of someone who works here. Ah, now I see the favoritism. That explains why she was allowed to bring the dog in, but it’s still wrong.

Marco's in general has good pizza for a great price. The pepperoni and sausage are very flavorful. This location in particular has fast service and the people that work there seem nice. They usually ask me if I want Parmesan or red pepper flakes when I pick up my order which a lot of pizza places don't do.

Assistant Manager, Cordele’s customer service was 5-Star!

I had a pickup order that was prepared incorrectly. I asked for XL $13.99 deal and bread sticks for my family. I asked that the pizza be cut in squares because of the children that don’t care for crust. The pizza wasn’t cut in squares, they offered to remake, which they did but while I sat there the conversation between the two co workers was not meant for the workplace. After 15 minutes my pizza was ready. I got the pizza home to realize I didn’t receive the (2) ordered, the garlic bread was no longer fresh and the toppings on my remade
Pizza were minimal compared to the first pizza. Not sure I will order from them again!!

I ordered two medium pizzas, one for my wife which was made correctly and she said “was fine” and one for me which was made wrong. I ordered pepperoni and sausage. Somehow I got a pepperoni and pineapple, which sound nothing alike, but maybe with the loud music or one employee being on FaceTime when I walked in kept them from hearing me. When I called and told them this they told me essentially “that’s what you ordered so you’d have to bring that pizza back to get a new one”. Which means I’d have to drive ~20 minutes with traffic both ways then they’d start me a pizza that I should have gotten in the first place. Pass, I just won’t go back
