We had a company dinner here with 40+ people. The staff knocked it out of the park with wonderful service, friendly staff, and delicious food! ? I will definitelyreturn!

Waited over an hr to get food at the roof top. After waiting the hour the waitress told us that they didnt have the food we wanted and suggested for us to order something else after waiting for a whole hr. Came w my mom to celebrate her birthday at the rooftop for the experience but yikes . Not coming

Nice place for St Patrick's Day Corned Beef and Cabbage.
Rooftop is cool to drink at the bar, but slower service since they are running food 2 flights of stairs. And they don't have the draft beer upstairs. Our server wasn't set up for success. He was the bartender and serving food downstairs as well as our server upstairs so our food service was slow. And unfortunately they forgot our fries until I finished my meal, but our server did comp us for those, so that was respectable.

Very disappointing experience when attempting to participate in the “Gwinnett Burger Week”. My husband and I ordered the “smashed grizzly” burger which is the burger that is participating in the $10 specialty burger competition which also happens to be McCray’s burger of the week. What they don’t tell you, however, is that their “burger of the month” is the exact same burger except with extra meat and served at market price. So after waiting an hour for two burgers and then receiving a bill for $40 without tax (each burger $20 a piece), we were definitely disappointed. McCray’s easily can make that distinction on their menu and at least coach their staff to clarify with their customers want prior to ordering as we specifically ordered the “grizzly burger”. Definitely not a $20 burger quality and misleading at best when trying to get double the price from customers who are probably also trying to be money-conscious.UPDATE- Got food poisoning from said burgers. Will not be back.

It pains me to write this but I hope they can turn it around.I’ve been a regular there for the past few years but I think that’s coming to an end. The last few times that I’ve gone to eat, I’ve left before even ordering. Two times, it was because the music was painfully loud. There’s a time and a place to crank it up but mealtime just isn’t it for me. I asked my server to see if they would turn it down the first time and they didn’t. I was there for drinks and was going to stay for dinner but I just closed my tab.The second time, I was seated in the second dining room and waited 15 minutes for a server. Nobody ever came. ??♂️Today, I came in Gwinnett Burger Week. I could tell the music was loud again as I walked up. I came in to the host stand just to confirm it was just as loud inside and went somewhere else. Too many good choices in Lawrenceville to stick around.I hope they get it together soon because I love the food and some of the waitstaff are great. I’d love to go back if I can skip the hearing protection

Came for St. Patrick’s day drinks with friends, and we all ordered food. I was refused service when I tried to order a drink with my unexpired and legally valid drivers license, because it was vertical. I am 23 years old and have never had any issues with this. It was very disappointing, we left before the food came out. We learned another group had left just a few minutes before us for the same reason. Seems like a bad policy, we will not be back.
