Understaffed: Kiosk did not accept cards, so I had to wait in line a few minutes at the counter that nobody was staffing, then all the open tables had not been cleaned — make sure somebody is scheduled for dining room cleanup

I asked an older women upfront for a water cup after I have received my order, she proceededs to acknowledge me and walk away… I had to wait till another cashier came to get a cup that’s was right behind the register where she was standing??? After I went back to my food and there was a whole hair in my snack wrap… in the picture it seems like a short strand but once I opened it up the hair was deep in the lettuce. Nasty got my refund and left.

I took my child to McDonald 10/27 round 9pm

We go here very often and never have an issue with food other than cold fries but when I was woken out my sleep to my baby girl throwing up on me around 4am and she not even sick had me very concerned

After cleaning my child up I check her room to see she had throw up in her bed previously this morning before she got in my bed

As a RGM of my own store my first through was to check what she ate and which was nuggets fries and apples looking at the date on the apples I was in disbelief that they had an expire date of 10/27 @3:32pm

My child consumed these apples around 11/12 at night (don’t mind her sleep schedule)

This is unsafe and unprofessional behavior coming from a fast food restaurant y'all will be hearing from me later today with the health department and I will be pursuing charges against this restaurant because as a young single mother and a store managers this is an unconvinced to me and my child who will be out of school and me out of work due to y’all neglected for food safety and protocol

FOOD SAFETY IS YALL NUMBER ONE JOB OTHER THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE

Just had lunch in the parking lot.. fish filet and fries. My car battery went dead.. a big shout out and thank you to Leonard Mills, an employee of McDonald's who graciously helped me out and to his manager for allowing him to help me.😀😃😀

They are always having issues with putting in codes. The girls at the window has an attitude while she’s in the wrong. I gave her the code she used the code then told me it didn’t take the code because it was invalid, when I tried to show her the screen she doubled down. This company has some of the worst customer service training in the world.

I asked for the new Mccrispy strips hoping to have reason to go to McDonald’s again , of course . I’m met with disappointment as the “Mccrispy” strips aren’t even crispy. So I’m like ok maybe I’ll go back and specify that I actually want the food to have the advertised texture . And wow ! Wouldn’t you believe it after being told to pull over and waiting for 10 mins I was given soggy strips even worst than the first time I attempted to try them. Idk if I hate McDonald’s more or the type of people they hire who just don’t care

I ordered 5 burritos and 3 hashbrowns, tiene they gave me mc griddles instead of hashbrowns. When they fixed my order i later come to find out they put in 2 hashbrowns when i ordered 3. They need to pay more attention

Well seriously shout out to Tia who keeps the store nice and clean nevertheless service MOST CERTAINLY gets a 1 star FOR MORNING SHIFT i come to This location after work because it’s convenient However it’s not all the staff Because sometimes I’m greeted with nice genuine energy, but for today it was completely unsettling and very disappointing as well as unpleasant I entered the building no greetings which is awkward considering ITS MCDONALDS how you work at McDonalds with a bad attitude it’s supposed to be a happy place nevertheless I say to the employees that if they came to my job they would be greeted by the time their foot touches the door however they chatted amongst each other about the statement I made ,moving forward I place a order using the kiosk for a Medium Iced vanilla coffee but with cash you have to go to the front counter as I’m at the front counter waiting the young Hispanic manager looks at me rolls her eyes and didn’t acknowledge me ok fine I stand there in silence she eventually comes and tells me my total literally SNATCHES THE money OUT MY HAND for what reason she has a attitude is beyond me and if their cameras actually work IM SURE IT can be reviewed to see that what I am saying is true furthermore When my drink is brought by the same lady it is slammed on the counter and it’s not even full so I ask can they fill my cup all the way and the other older Hispanic manager asked what did I say they fill it up bring it back at this point I’m not even sure if it’s safe to drink the drink anymore it’s hard to trust a drink when the people Preparing it has such disgusting ENERGY for whatever reason. Outside of that the restaurant stays clean and of course the food is good or I wouldn’t have 15k points and like I said it’s just the morning shift and it’s not everyone on the morning shift
