Ordered on the app for pickup in drive thru when I got there I was directed into a waiting parking spot 15ish mins later my food was to me only ordered a shake fry and nuggets it took me at least 10-15ish minutes to drive there after placing my order

Every time I give a chance to this location, they always take forever, and im sure is not the staff, because they work hard, but they have too many customers, management should find a solution to that

This is my first time stopping inside this location. Sunday morning at 7:33 am, and Sherry assisted me. I must say that this is the best experience I’ve ever had at ANY McDonald’s since moving to GA. She was professional, courteous, and brought my breakfast and coffee to where I was seated even though it was to go. I also witnessed her bring others their meal for dine-in. Service with a smile is something I haven’t seen at McDonald’s in at least 10 years or more. Give that woman some recognition, a raise, and a promotion! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Went here last night and sat at the intercom for awhile and nobody never asked to take my order, I kept saying hello and nothing, I drove around and spotted 3 employees standing in the front counter talking, laughing in a group circle not doing anything and two of them had a head set on smh terrible customer service here

I do believe in karma, but also in pay it forward. And that's what happened here. Very appreciative to whoever was in the car ahead of me on this day, I was counting change as I pulled to the window when the cashier told me I could pull forward that my meal was paid for... Somewhat confused I said Huh?? She said the people in front of you paid for you.... dropping my jaw the waterworks almost started to fall, and I began to smile.. thank you to whoever you was for that kind and generous gesture, Im very appreciative, thank you so much..... The next time I went through a drive thru, I returned the favor to someone else and paying it forward. It's a great feeling when you do.

Lady at the second drive through window was extremely rude, practically threw the food in my face, yet i still said “thank you so much i hope you have a great night”, and she proceeded to shut the window in my face. I ordered chicken nuggets and I’m not sure how you mess those up but they were gooey and tasted undercooked, couldn’t even eat them.
