Most of the menus are broken/damaged for months with no signs of repair, customer service at night is prejudiced (via no welcoming presence towards customers other than someone who knows the cashier) and it's pretty depressing.

We like to go to McDonald's now and then to get some lunch or breakfast, especially with the kids being out for summer. McDonald's is one of our favorite to-go spots! For breakfast, sometimes we'll order the hotcakes with sausages for the kids. For us adults, sometimes we'll do the Big Breakfast with hot cakes! For lunch, we'll order the Happy meal for the kids, and for us, it varies, but we like the Fish sandwich combo or the $5 Meal Deal. We like to change it up based on what we feel like eating that day.

The fries were not fresh. They were left over fries that had been sitting for a while. McDonald's as a whole has been doing bad. Whether the fries are old or the ice cream milk shake machine is down, and yes, it varies from McDonald's to McDonald's, but there is always an issue.

Placed an order for pickup for breakfast AHEAD of time. Rude disrespectful Hispanic women said I was late too late and it’s not even 3 minutes from my house. Demanded I pay first when order was played for online. Terrible service here all the time always missing items all the time always something with this location. Today tho was just the cherry on top tired of the terrible customer service and poor communication.
Ordered on the app for pickup in drive thru when I got there I was directed into a waiting parking spot 15ish mins later my food was to me only ordered a shake fry and nuggets it took me at least 10-15ish minutes to drive there after placing my order

This is my first time stopping inside this location. Sunday morning at 7:33 am, and Sherry assisted me. I must say that this is the best experience I’ve ever had at ANY McDonald’s since moving to GA. She was professional, courteous, and brought my breakfast and coffee to where I was seated even though it was to go. I also witnessed her bring others their meal for dine-in. Service with a smile is something I haven’t seen at McDonald’s in at least 10 years or more. Give that woman some recognition, a raise, and a promotion! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
