Their soda machine is not working for 2 days, they know about it but still are cheating customers and giving them bad drinks. I challenged them today and asked for Orange juice instead of Diet Coke. Every time I go to this McDonald's they always get my order incorrect. Their food is sloppy. And I pay extra for extra items that I do not ever receive on my burgers. I just got a Big Mac meal in the Big Mac doesn't even look like a freaking Big Mac it looks like a freaking double cheeseburger.. this is absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever gone to I highly recommend to never go in order food there it's terrible.. that is my supposed Big Mac. Absolutely horrible. I will never eat there again that's for sure.

Lately service has declined tremendously food is rarely hot and customer service is horrible didnt get a receipt several times guess I'll be going to Wendy's from now on
Stopped for breakfast I ordered 5 breakfast meals received 4 drinks??? Asked the teller for the missing drink she replied that that’s how I ordered I asked to pay for the extra drinks she make me go around and start the waiting period. Very low management skills and horrible customer service sorry for the franchisee owner

This place serves disgusting meals because MOST VISITS they can't get orders correct. I don't like cheese slices so I ordered Sausage & Egg McGriddle. Rung up as more expensive Sausage McGriddle add egg. Didn't complain, but when I got to work found they added a round egg. It was disgusting. Another visit, ordered hot pumpkin latte, rang up as ice coffee pumpkin add-in..should have checked because as at office had hot coffee with pumpkin syrup ONLY. It was disgusting.

Went before going to work this morning, was at the drive thru for 4 minutes. No one cane to the speaker. I decided to leave & as I drove past the window there were 2 employee's, one sitting down & the one one standing next to him. No acknowledgment at the speaker. Smh will not be returning.

I had the most awkward and uncomfortable experience with Jessica the grown woman who takes your payment at the window is SO RUDE!!!! She has no manners , and acts like a little girl with the ugly faces she makes .. HOW EMBARRASSING! I am not the only who has received this kind of treatment by this ridiculous woman. Yall need to check her and she needs to get some type of help 👎🏼
