Do not go if you’re a male who actually likes himself as a human being or have a male child you’re trying to teach self worth to. The show’s message, presented with the subtlety of a Flamenco Dancer dressed in a giant pink dress with a fireworks display in the middle of a 3:00 business meeting, is essentially “men are violent, selfish creatures, and should automatically subjugate to all women, even (probably especially) if it kills them.” Bring back the Black Knight Storyline, and I may rescend this review. Otherwise, yeah, that’s one more customer never coming in your door, ever again. Would give 0 stars if I could.)

For starters they have some of the best phone customer service. Genuinely the only time I have felt the need to review how good there phone staff are. The In person staff were great too all stay on theme and made you feel welcome and helped. The military discounts are wonderful. Perfect outing for all ages and groups! They give enough food to fill you up and you can easily take leftovers home. And the knights were also very interactive with the crowd!Parking: Mall parking lot can get crowded

Used promotion for cost of family of four and was worth general seating. Sat right behind VIP. The arena really has no bad seats, no matter where you sit.Food was hot and portions enough to take home for kids. Loved theme of food as dragon parts and to wash down with Pepsi/Tea/water. Kids got a kick out of eating with hands but the 2hr live show was best of all. Cheering for your knight and watching hand to hand combat, jousting and more really felt like going back into time! Will be attending again with my 9 year old and 11 year old.Parking: Connected to mall entranceKid-friendliness: Kids 5+

As a Chef... I was ashamed to see the menu here was so horrible. And even more poorly executed than it is planned. Poorly seasoned. Didn't even serve what was on the menu (technically). The "tomato bisque" was just cheap canned tomato soup. It was thin and watery and in NO WAY a "Bisque". It was bitter and more like warmed up tomato juice. Then came the chicken which was dry and had a little seasoning sprinkled on top of it on the skin. Obviously taken right out of the box, and seasoned with a shaker and cooked. Brining the chicken would go a long way because not only was it dry it was flavorless once you got past the skin. The potato was exactly the same, seasoned only on the top and undercooked as well making it hard and dry. The corn had flavor and I was shocked at this. But upon close inspection it was boiled until it was brown and lost all its color. Oh, and the garlic bread slice premade right out of the box,... was hard as a crouton and cut the root of my mouth. I really can't blame the food and beverage management or the chef if they even have one. Because growing up in California I went to one of the first locations when I was a kid in Buena Park. And it was basically the exact same menu for 30 or 40 years ago. So that means this is a decision made from higher up. I also understand that food cost means something, especially if you're not at 100 percent capacity every night. But even with food this cheap in quality and inventory cost, there's no excuse for it to taste so bland or be so poorly executed. That's where I DO blame the F&B department in charge. It's a simple plated banquet format and it's repeated the exact same every day. In 36 hours I could improve the quality 75% with no effect on cost and with a completely untrained kitchen staff. And MY GOD... Why is life made so hard on the servers? Why are they carrying a 12" tray with 8 full pitchers on it up and down all those stairs all alone trying with no place to set them down so they can pour drinks for guests? I know you need to save labor but there should be a person who just runs drinks and refills throughout the event instead of limiting people to one drink refill for a 2 or 3 hour long show. One of the female servers dropped an entire tray full of filled pitchers and again, I blame the higher ups who make the decisions to let them work in this manner.I know cost is a major issue, overhead and taking care of livestock and performers can't be the most lucrative if you're not putting buts in the seats. But you're not gonna do it with such poor food quality and lack of better service. Plain and simple. OR with the ridiculous alcoholic drink prices and forced souvenir cups... SMH Seriously, contact me if you care and I'll consult for you guys and make the food at the least, better. Way better. As for the show itself I'm sure the storyline has to be mixed up and refreshed. It was enjoyable and a good time overall. The performance was entertaining and after the show the performers were VERY accommodating and kind to everyone. We opted for the VIP experience also. The pictures were a nice touch. The flag was cheap but ok. Early entry made you feel a little bit special. But the slice of cake was literally a dried out sponge with melted icing on it that was re-hardened in the cooler. Obviously to stretch the icing further and for ease of application. But it was HORRIBLE. Oh, I almost forgot, the frozen eclair was decent and the only thing my family consumed completely. Will I be back @ almost 100 dollars per person? No we will not... You can go to Six Flags for 60 dollars each and spend an entire day there. And for another 30 to 40 per person eat crappy theme park food still better than what was served to us here.Another experience was fun... But not one you're gonna want to repeat soon. Who knows, maybe the higher ups know this. Maybe they know people don't repeat visit often. So this is why they don't bother to change anything. They have your money already

The food is delicious. Entertainment is great.Update. They changed the recipes around. Food even more flavorful. They open the ticket windows 30 minutes before they start selling the tickets. Then sit there laughing joking around, on their phones. All the while people lined up to get the tickets. Little professional advice. Do not open the windows in front of people standing in line. While you slack off at work. Just keep the curtain closed till you are ready to start.

We had a WONDERFUL experience with the kids. The food was above average for our expectations, the show was entertaining, and the whole facility was clean and nice. Get the VIP experience, you won't regret it.

Sunday afternoon show. Take in the whole experience. Cheer for your knight and his team. Be LOUD cheer for the whole team. Boo the enemy team watch all the spectal. The horses are well trained and magnificent. The riders are very skilled. The food is simple but good and filling. There are a lot of spot purchases available, but you don't have to buy them. You decide how much to spend.Bottom line come wanting a good time. Cheer participate and enjoy. It's great family entertainment. Where else are you going to see a joust after all.Good food, fun story, highly skilled participants, spend what you want. Enjoy!Vegetarian options: Tell your server if you want vegetable dishes or have allergy issues. They will accommodate.Dietary restrictions: Tell server get what you need.Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the show. You can pay extra to have them knighted if you want.
