WALKED IN THERE YESTERDAY AND THE LADY NEVER GREETED MY SON AND I. I STOOD IN THERE JUST TO SEE IF SHE WAS GOING TO AKNOWLEDGE ME AND SHE DIDN'T. I WALKED OUT, YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME SPENDING MY MONEY HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD!

I got the mixed fruit waters drink it and it was absolutely disgusting. I took one sip and it was disgusting, and tried to get a refund/return it (the cup was full) but they said no. I would not recommend. Waste of money.

❌🛑🛑🛑🛑👎🏻Terrible service from the cashier lady. She took on an order that I didn't order just because someone else was next to me and she thought I had ordered the same thing and charged me too much money when I got my tickets how much money I had to pay was too much and I told this person I had not ordered that food, she has to put Att because she speaks very fast to confuse people that is not right apart from that she defended herself by arguing that she is right when it is not true so I called the young man who took my order and I asked him to rectify what I told him I asked in front of her and the young man confirmed that what I asked for is correct and what she charged me in the ticket is not correct. I had a bad experience tonight I hope it does not happen again because otherwise I will not return.

When we asked for an extra spoon, they asked for 50cents per spoon. We have never been to an ice cream store that charges you for a plastic spoon.

The ice cream that my daughter always chooses had a bitter taste, they did not exchange or refund the money, very poor customer service, we will look for another ice cream parlor.

My daughter went in today, not knowing what to get. She ended up getting something she did not like, was absolutely disgusting and horribly made. I asked the young man if we can exchange it, she is young and did not know, manager automatically says no and precedes to give us a dirty look acting like he did not understand me! I will never go to this establishment again!! Ok food, great ice cream, disgusting service!!

Most of the times I go to this store and usually the staff is really nice but today the staff was really bad there is a lady name flor she was the one who was taking my order, First she came with a really bad attitude she came and said did somebody take your order I said not yet then she said okay what u gonna order I start saying my order and I didn’t even finish my order and she left I ask for two esquites one with no chile and add extra lime and the other one no chile that’s all she came and give my order with the same attitude saying here is your order no chile in and one no lime and I start saying that I didn’t order that way and she refused and start saying is right here, idk why this store likes to have staff like her with a really bad attitude next time if they don’t want to work just go home and stop making ppl have a bad day only because of them and I hope the store talks with their employees cus this makes your store have a bad reputation with your staff like that.

I have worked with customer service for many years, and this place surprised me, the atmosphere, the camaraderie, the kindness and the speed of the service, Jesús greeted me and offered to serve me, I asked him for a mangonada and when I saw the size of the glass, I I told him that I wanted it a little bigger, he immediately told me that he could give me two in a single glass of the large ones that he had available for drinks, and I immediately accepted, I have been to other places where they have told me that that is the The only size they have, they only have a small glass and they do not offer customer satisfaction options but Jesus exceeded my expectations and made my trip to the mall worth it since it was something that was on my list of things I wanted to do before I die. (Eat a giant mangonada). And I want to add that Sheila was very kind and patient when collecting, and that her smile warms the heart of any customer.
