I have been a customer at this restaurant for a while now since it has opened up. I always order the same thing (to go) and i’ve noticed that sometimes they charge me $6 more than the previous time. Today I asked one of the waitresses why this happens and she said that on “certain” days, the restaurant charges an 18% service fee. I told her that didn’t make any sense, since I was not dining in, and she just proceeded to say that the restaurant was working on removing “that”. I don’t know what she means by that, but this is not fair and it is not ok to be charging extra fees to customers without their knowledge. When I got home, I called and the same waitress took my call. I asked if I could speak to a manager and to her own convenience, she denied me the request with the excuse that the customer had just left the restaurant and would not return for the next several hours. After this experience, I will not be going back to this place.

Drinks used to be good, not anymore! They have one server for a party of 30. Don't be cheap; hire more help if you want people to keep coming. Terrible music, they had us dining with Bad Bunny all night long!

Celebrated an amazing birthday here on a Friday night! Loved the vibes and I would visit again.

We get a hair on one of our food platters they don't even apologize or anything and then when they bring the check they changed 15 % of service plus another 20 % on waitress tip we spent close to $70 just for service for the total we spend $300for 4 adults an 2 kids that's insane.I don't think is worth it. LongHorn is way better and cheaper...... Do not even try I won't recommend it 😔

So the waitresses wasn't inattentive at all, food was cold, no silverware, and no salt, pepper or hot sauce on the table. Also, there was a $7 service charge on the bill and expected a tip as well. It took them 20 minutes just to take our order and bring our drinks. Don't waste your money at all. Very expensive to be getting bad service. Horrible Horrible service. I really regret going there and wasting my money.

Pulled up at 12:30am on a Saturday night, got sat right away. The drinks are really good. Tried the piña colada and The Calaca. Dj was good, and dancing at your table is welcome!

Service is very poor! After food was delivered no one came to ask if we needed anything else,I was drinking a beer ! Finish my beer and food and no service afterwards. I even had to call for my check.

We went there and the food was outstanding! Felia the manager was very warm and the chefs too! The ambiance was cozy and everyone was very welcoming! I would definitely come back. We tried the patacones de res, the gambas al ajillos, the mofongo de churrasco, el pulpit a la galicia and the paella I honestly don’t know which was was our favorite.😍

We went with a party of 4 adults and 4 kids. Literally licked the plates clean. All of the food was excellent, service on point and drinks spot on. the decor was cozy with good music. We came from the other side of town and will definitely return
