Was not able to chew my steak , they forgot my cheese so I put my own from my house on it and nachos were cold . Wish I could take my tip back

The food and service here at Monterrey never fails us. The food’s quality is always consistent. My wife loves the drinks and the quesbria tacos. Carmen was our server. When you please ask for Carmen, she is best.
The service was absolutely stellar. Our server was attentive. We were promptly seated when we walked in. The hostess held the door for us. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The drinks came quickly and were reasonably priced. The food also came out fast.The cheese dip is very good.Our only complaint is that the food needs to be more spicy/savory. The spice and flavors were not impactful and everything tasted on the blander side. however it could be great for families with small children or people with milder palettes.
