Nancy's Chicago Pizzeria Lawrenceville

2 tables of people when we walked in who had there food already. We ordered wings as an appetizer and 2 large pizzas. It took over an hour and 10 minutes just for the food. The wings came out at the same time as pizzas and when we mentioned it we got nothing but attitude from our waitress about wanting them as an appetizer.

I order through DoorDash (a mistake) knowing when you order through 3rd party your food never gets made right. My pizza was undercooked. I ordered a thin and most of my pizza was large sizes. I called the store and the front cashier I’m guessing was very polite and told me I would need to call DoorDash for a refund on their mistake of that pizza. I asked if I could get my order remade and picked up tomorrow I’m guessing she asked her manager on the job and then she got back on the phone to say bring the original pizza with the receipt tomorrow. I don’t mind doing that but who wants to hold a whole pizza for a day just for them to threw it away and make a new one. I never heard of that since all this COVID thing started. Once again I didn’t mind but it was inconvenient due to I already order through DoorDash. Yet I won’t be coming here anymore, they don’t show any concerns to their customers after spending large amounts of money.

Great food. Just know if you get the Chicago Style Stuffed Crust, it takes a while.

The pizza was good. I can tell that the ingredients are fresh and high quality. However, I’m not the target audience due to the price, which I didn’t realize how high it was looking at the menu, which isn’t dumb-friendly. I won’t return because of pricing, BUT for those whom cost is no issue- very good pizza!

Had absolutely no favorable sauce very dry...I was surprised at the taste...so notvgood...bitter taste so bland!!! No going to order ever again...very boring!!!

Pizza was amazing! I had requested for the peppers on the side of the sandwich but they put on however still amazing!!! Just hot

I called in and spoke with an extremely nice employee. She was very help and encouraged me to download their app, which is definitely a good business move. The food was good except I wasn’t aware of the bacon on the salad.

So I ordered a small stuffed spinach & green pepper pizza yesterday for dinner. It was a Monday night (Aug 19th).

This was the BEST pizza I ever had at this location. In from Chicago, born & raised. So the pizza I had last night felt like I was back at home. It was perfect. I called to leave a compliment and was told that the kitchen manager made the pizza. It was on point ??

Always a problem regarding preparation and pickup time - this particular order was schedule to pick up @ 6:26pm and it was not ready 6:56pm - I was told sorry and thats it - asked for a manger no one in management and or in a leadership position was available asked for contact information in regards to a telephone number or email which that turned into a major hassle I will not deny that the food at this location is pretty good however everything else is subpar - customer service delivery of food on in a timely manner, communication and deescalation skills is seriously lacking - no one is protecting the Brand

Pizza is 7/10. Business is 0/10. They steal your money and don't refund you when you call the business. They just send you to talk to the 3rd party . But why be on doordash or Uber eats if you aren't going to be loyal to the customer you receive. I've had another friend go through this same thing. I canceled my order literally 1 minute after placing it and placed a new order and was still charged $30 by the business for the canceled order. Not only that but the pizza was gross. Not a true Chicago pizza at all. Sauce is extremely watered down and meat quality is hit or miss. You can tell the business is going in the opposite direction. I wouldn't recommend

Overpriced, not a restaurant, there's no seating inside. Pizza is below mediocure. Wouldn't recommend.
