I went to this location, and none of the kitchen staff, Except for one guy who appeared to be the one actually working, were wearing masks while preparing the food. The manager was not wearing a mask while she was talking to people, preparing food, getting drinks etc... in addition, my order was 20 minutes past the time it was promised. This location appears to have piss poor management.

Had a VERY bad experience this go around with Newk's. I am a regular here. I visit this location for lunch about twice a week. Today I did an online order and went to pick up my food. After I picked up my food and made it back to work on time, in the midst of me eating I noticed my Big Crispy treat was not placed in the bag. I called Newk's and informed them that this was the second time that it has happened and I'd like a refund this time. I was put on hold and transferred to "Rhonda". Rhonda answered the phone and told me that she was the general manager and the one who bagged my food and she knows she put the Crispy in the bag and in order for me to receive my refund, she needed to go to the back room and check the cameras to make sure she didn't put it in my bag. I am so disappointed in this location to be accused of lying about a 3$ dessert. I left work to return my whole meal for a refund. I don't think I'll be returning. Her customer service was TERRIBLE.

This was the first visit for my children and I. We loved the entire experience from the customer service to the delicious food. The friendly cashier at the front that greeted us was very patient with my children and I trying to decide what to order and answering questions. This restaurant has so many selections and varieties of foods. This is a very clean establishment. Their bathrooms are clean as well ( well, I only seen the women's bathroom lol, but I suspect the men's restroom is just as clean. They have sanitizer next to the registers if anyone wants to use it. I love decor and comfortable seating. They even have nice outdoor seating. We sat in the large corner booth and it was the perfect size and very comfortable to sit in for all of us. They gave out free treat bags to all of the children in the restaurant because of Halloween coming up/ it's October and them just being thoughtful. They even had Halloween decor throughout the restaurant. Some of the staff even wore witch hats to be festive. They definitely love children! We will be coming back to this restaurant and location specifically! We loved this entire experience! FYI they offer military discount and kids eat free Saturdays and Sundays. Also, currently they are running a promo that if you join their e-club during the month of October 2020 you get a free Newk's Q sandwich.

Nice place. The chicken salad was great. They could stand to upgrade and pay more attention to the outside seating. The chair paint was coming off on our arms, and there was garbage right outside the gate which attracted bees and wasps. Overall good experience though!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. SAVE your money, the ABSOLUTE MOST DISGUSTING PIZZA EVER!!! All you pay for is GREASE!!! Half of my pizza had toppings the other half nothing, but it didn’t matter whether or not you can taste the toppings because all you taste is GREASE!! DISGUSTING!!! Never will I ever eat from here again! This place should close permanently!

Hi sorry to add this review but must.Ive have eaten at Newk's many times without any problem but this last order was not prepared properly.I was not feeling well so called in a takeout.Two salads.Ordered extra toppings etc.Recd order without any.My Caesar salad didn't even have croutons.Since it was closing time couldn't take it back.Contacted corporate offices never received a call or email
Staff was helpful with menu selections. Overall cleanliness was good. Portion size was enough for 2 adults.

Nice atmosphere and fairly good prices for a lunch menu. The food was pretty good. It would have been great if my Pesto Chicken sandwich had more pesto on it...instead of a dollop. But, my colleagues seemed to really like the personal pizzas they ordered. They looked and smelled great. Think I'll try one next visit.

So, so good! Lots of lunch-type food (sandwiches, daily soups, salads, personal pizzas) that you can pick and choose from. Cool, interesting little toppings bar with pickles, capers, bread sticks, etc. Lovely friendly staff, plenty of seating, kid-friendly. Reasonable prices, similar to Panera. Very good, I will definitely return.

I had to clean my own table before I sat down. Walked to the toppings stations while walking over food all the way; food was all over the floor and most of the tables are dirty. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich that came with barely any chicken salad. The 5 cheese Mac and cheese is watery and bland. I’ve been here before and cannot say the experience before this was the same. Had I known all this prior to ordering/seating we would have left and went elsewhere. I requested a manager and have yet to see one. The staff does not seem to care about anything but having fun.
