Food is expensive for what you get. They sell a "4 piece" tilapia for $13. Which isn't four pieces it's two pieces cut into four strips. Food is average at best. It's for the uninformed... I wished I had of read the other reviews before trying it.

I ordered delivery on or about November 5, 2023 via third-party service application. I ordered a seafood boil with Crab legs, muscles, shrimp, eggs, and potatoes. Upon receipt of my order, I was missing the crab legs and muscles. I immediately contacted the restaurant and informed them of my missing items. I even offered to pick up the missing items, in lieu of a partial refund and despite this order being a delivery. I was informed the manager will reach out to me shortly.Famished, I continued to eat my food. About 20-30 minutes later, I called the restaurant again. I was told, again, that the manager will reach out to me shortly.I called the restaurant a third time 10-15 minutes after the last call. Again, I was told the manager will reach out to me shortly.Defeated, I contacted the third-party service, and informed them of the issues of my order and my failed communication attempts with the restaurant.Since then, myself and the third-party service have been attempting to contact the restaurant to rectify this issue with no response or return phone calls as promised.The food is decent--I'm from Maryland so, I have had better seafood. Still, the complete lack of professionalism and horrible customer service at this restaurant is preposterous.

Ordered Takeout: my order was incorrect. Any attempts to remedy were only met with a promise that a manager would call me. A manager has yet to call me.

Ordered through door dash. Remind you I’m hungry. I ordered catfish. It was old refried and the French fries was the same. Beyond salty. The only thing correct was the sprite. I’m glad I didn’t order the seafood. So my advice eat here at your own risk. You got me once. Never ever

Kelly, maybe that's not her real name as she have been lying....has very poor customer service. She has lied and pretended to be three different people when picking up the phone when I called to speak to the manager about my Uber eats order. she said the manager was on another call and will call me back, no one called back. I went over to the location and she's the only person working there as I figured since she has the same accent. Got there and no manager or no one else in the store but her, she did not want to be help responsible for the problem with my order. worse service ever

The “cluster” of snow crab legs I received was a very small portion not really worth the price I paid, the flavor and quality was good but definitely not ordering again especially when there’s other places around where you get more bang for your buck.

Old town crab’s quality has went down since the last time I went. Ordered some yesterday, while I enjoyed their lemonade variety, I did not enjoy the seafood. The “fried” rice was very sticky and overcooked. The corn was not cooked all the way, and the seafood was awfully bland. I am disappointed and will not be coming back.
