I have been coming to Ovation ever since they opened in 2017 or 18. The food is always on point and the service. I want to really shout out Shernett. She is the best!!! Thank you for the years of wonderful service.

I went there a while back and they had a young woman working in there....she had a horrible attitude and I ordered the entree that she skimmed off portions...I go here all the time and the older woman are always nice and they fix my entree with no issues. I went back again cause I am thinking maybe she had a bad day...nope she is just horrible at fixing plates and customer service. I don't understand why she so mad and Skim plates. She needs to stay at the cash register and...
