Been here 5 or 6 times before and the food and service is always on point. Was out with my pupper today and decided to stop for a late lunch. I stuck my head in to get an outside seat (pup is not a service dog) and after I was seated they brought out a doggie bowl of water. Got myself a drink and some calamari (delicious) and not only was I kept refreshed but they checked on my dog’s water bowl too!!! Great food, great staff, 100% recommend.

I ordered the buffalo chicken tenders and wanted half the tenders in buffalo and the other half in bbq sauce but they mixed the sauces together and it was BAD. Tasted like nothing really . And the Smokey fish melt was just terrible. Besides the waitress service, I would give this place a worse rating. The food tasted old and not fresh. Won’t be going back.

Charged $30 each for a house margarita. $140 for lunch, food was not good except creamy spinach. Kay charged extra $11 for a shot of grand marnier to $19 drink.

My girlfriend had the seafood platter. I was very disappointed that for 28 bucks it didn’t include a vegetable. It was also too salty. I saw the reviews that said the same thing about the salt.
The fish tacos were good except for once again you had to order the vegetable à la cart.
I like the location and the atmosphere. It was fun to eat outside.

My mom and I decided to come here for the 1st time. I've been wanting to come every time I pass, which is like 434 times a year and I finally made it! No disappointments or complaints for me. I had the crab cakes. And I love that it was more crab than cake. They were a nice size as well. Well worth the cost. I also had a cup of gumbo. It was seasoned VERY well. And I had the house margarita. I do love a good margarita!
My mom had the fried calamari but she said they were over cooked... *whispers* but she ate the whole basket ? and she ordered a piña colada. She said she didn't taste anything at 1st (she's not really a drinker) and I told her she needed to stir it, then she found it lol
Our waitress was very nice. We sat outside and enjoyed this nice temp we've been having. We'll definitely be back.

Friendly service and food was very good. For starters, the Seafood Gumbo and the Shrimp and Lobster Bisque were very tasty. Entrees were the Seafood Platter and Seafood Pasta. Both were delicious. For dessert, the Key Lime Cheesecake sealed the deal! Definitely recommend Oyster Bay Seafood Cafe for an affordable and more importantly a wonderful casual dining experience.

Great indoor dining,
great seafood at reasonable cost.
on Lawrenceville square so stroll the park before or after.
Always great choice.

I had loved Oyster Bay, frequenting it whenever I came to the Aurora Theater. Being from New England, I felt the seafood was always fresh and well prepared. Today, I was disappointed. My flounder, which should have a light, almost aromatic boquet was flavorless, overfried, and in some sections mealy. There was no manager on duty to handle my concerns. In fact, the waitress who had the keys to the restaurant chided me for having eaten so much of the meal. In fact, I had previously expressed my dissatisfaction to our shy waitress. Neither had the authority to course correct. Horrible food. Incompetent service. I shall not return and shall no longer recommend this spot to friends. By the way, my friend and I spent $100 on the lunch.

Food was soo good!! I really enjoyed the Oysters and Fish and Chips. The only thing I did not like was the conch fritters, they were terribly overcooked and had no flavor. Other than that the food was splendid! I definitely recommend.

The best thing about the meal was the server, Ally The food was so salty and drenched in butter, I couldn’t finish as I didn’t want hypertension or a heart attack. The crab dip tasted more like tuna, All in all for the price, this just didn’t match up. I have no problem paying for good food, but when it’s below average, I make the decision not to patronize them again. There are so many amazing restaurants in Lawrenceville, I would recommend any of them over Oyster Bay.
