What happened to this place?! It used to be good with excellent fast service before they did the remodeling in 2024. We used to come in and a server would come right away. The pancakes were good and moist. They got rid of all the fast servers and now the last 2 times we have had to flag down servers after waiting 10 min!! The pancakes are dry and prices went up. I think we are giving up on this place. Sad

This is one of our go-to spots during the week. The food is good, served hot, and priced reasonably. Service is good, servers are attentive, kitchen staff gets it right everything we have ordered. The atmosphere is comfortable and facilities are clean. I also learned this place serves as a Pancake House from 7a-2p and a Cuban Restaurant from 2p-10pm. We are looking forward to exploring the Cuban cuisine next.

Kids and I decided on brunch this lovely Sunday. We hadn't tried Pancake House yet but heard good things. We walked in with just a short wait of 5 minutes before we were seated. We browsed the menu and within a few minutes knew what we wanted. The server (wasn't given a name) came over to take our order. I ordered an Americano and the kids each ordered hot chocolate. Food wise, I ordered the Grayson Slam, kids ordered the Little Big Breakfast and the Kids French toast. Our drinks took a while to come out and wasn't offered water to drink in the meantime. Honestly didn't see our server til the drinks came out 10 minutes after ordering. She was too busy with the large table to pay any attention to us. Then our food came out altogether about 15 minutes after our drinks. No syrup was brought out with our food. We all ordered items that syrup is used for. Mind you, my pancakes haven't come out yet but she said they would be right out. Food was decent. Eggs were cold, bacon and ham were luke warm. Our server forget the syrup so I had to ask another lady. When it was brought out by our server, she dropped it at the table and kept attending to the large table next to us. I had to ask for my pancakes again and when they were brought out, it was like she was having to do a chore.
Won't be back. Service is everything. Food isn't much better than IHOP.

Food is okay. The service is HORRIBLE! Older Hispanic was def biased! First off she was slow. It wasn’t that busy and she kept disappearing! One plate came ice cold (shrimp tacos). Pancakes were good. I got my check and scanned the QR code to pay & left. The waitress comes outside and says I’ll have to pay or she’s calling the police lmao! What???? I showed her the receipt via my email and she says you didn’t pay. It literally says receipt from Pancake House !! Make sure y’all waitresses understand there’s a QR code to pay online!!
