Very pissed at the fact that we had to wait for the walnut shrimp and they stacked the boxes and had ours made last when WE were first to wait for the good to begin with. Mya and Alondra need to be retrained

Just awful customer service. I ordered a big order for a business lunch at my office. One item was left out and trying it get a refund for their mistake was impossible. They tried to blame everyone else instead of taking responsibility. The manager was yelling at me and not listening to my issue. They have wrong information and are poorly trained. Food was fine, but I will never order from this store again. Stay away.

We came to Sugarloaf Mills to see a movie and have a day with the kids. We decided to eat first and most of us chose Panda Express. The food was prepared quickly and it tasted good. The service was good; everyone was pleasant and their area was clean. I was expecting prices to be higher at the mall, but I paid right around $11.00 for this bowl and drink. We also go the apple pie egg rolls because none of us had tried them. We liked all of our food. The temperatures were perfect and the taste was too.

They have you stand in line and they have nothing but rice and chow mein. Panda Express with no entrees. Extremely rude employees too.

Found a hair on my Teriyaki chicken. Went back to the counter to let them know, the manager (I’m guessing she was) said she could replace the portion of the chicken because I had ate most of the meal. Honestly the hair, it grossed me out and didn’t want anything else. She said she could only refund $5. Really yall count refund my money? It wasn’t my hair. The customer service was awful and will never be back to this location.

The food was meh at best. My wife had the teriyaki chicken and didn't like it. I had the orange chicken, but it was bland as was the rice and lo mein. The stand alone restaurants have a much better flavor. Also, there is a lot of construction going on in this food court which makes the dining experience a challenge. Gave 3 stars for generic food court seating, but would drop it to 1 while construction is going on,

So tired of ordering teriyaki chicken through ubereats and not getting teriyaki sauce. No option to request, remind, or add any other sauces. Basically not getting your order right. I ordered teriyaki chicken, not grilled chicken.
