One of the only places that charges you $3 for drinks and gives no refills. The chow mein taste terrible and worse than a dollar frozen dinner. Some of the employees are quite unfriendly and has an attitude while some are wonderful.
Overall, I think the franchise owner might be super stingy in terms of trying to maximize profit as much as possible.

Girl that was wearing hijab gave me an attitude cause I ordered Rangoon’s and she had to make more and they served it to me raw cause I wanted to cancel it for her attitude.

Very pissed at the fact that we had to wait for the walnut shrimp and they stacked the boxes and had ours made last when WE were first to wait for the good to begin with. Mya and Alondra need to be retrained

Just awful customer service. I ordered a big order for a business lunch at my office. One item was left out and trying it get a refund for their mistake was impossible. They tried to blame everyone else instead of taking responsibility. The manager was yelling at me and not listening to my issue. They have wrong information and are poorly trained. Food was fine, but I will never order from this store again. Stay away.

We came to Sugarloaf Mills to see a movie and have a day with the kids. We decided to eat first and most of us chose Panda Express. The food was prepared quickly and it tasted good. The service was good; everyone was pleasant and their area was clean. I was expecting prices to be higher at the mall, but I paid right around $11.00 for this bowl and drink. We also go the apple pie egg rolls because none of us had tried them. We liked all of our food. The temperatures were perfect and the taste was too.
