We came to Sugarloaf Mills to see a movie and have a day with the kids. We decided to eat first and most of us chose Panda Express. The food was prepared quickly and it tasted good. The service was good; everyone was pleasant and their area was clean. I was expecting prices to be higher at the mall, but I paid right around $11.00 for this bowl and drink. The food was meh at best. My wife had the teriyaki chicken and didn't like it. I had the orange chicken, but it was bland as was the rice and lo mein. The stand alone restaurants have a much better flavor. Also, there is a lot of construction going on in this food court which makes the dining experience a challenge. Gave 3 stars for generic food court seating, but would drop it to 1 while construction is going on,
Upon entering the food court area we decided to go with the Panda Express. Honestly, I hadn’t really noticed the name of the restaurant, but was looking at the dishes. I ordered the Shanghai Angus Steak and orange chicken with white rice. I got teriyaki sauce on my white rice. It was actually pretty good. Although, I wish I would have only gotten one entree instead of two. The prices are a bit on the high side. I don’t go out of my way to go to a Panda Express.
