Panera Bread

Azis is the man! The only reason I am making a review is to praise this young man for his outstanding customer service. Every time I go in to pick up my order, his smile and welcoming attitude makes me want to come back to Panera. He deserves to be considered for a raise in pay and position in the company! I hope he is treated well by Panera.

Wow Panera has really downgraded. I came back after years of not having them and the sandwich I got was mostly bread. It had like an ounce of steak and was not that good at all. I didn't even eat the break cause of how much it was.

Placed a door dash order from this location tonight and one entire sandwich missing (Chicken avocado melt) and another so poorly made with barely anysteak (steak and mozzarella sandwich) that it might as well have been a bread sandwich! Unacceptable when you pay so much for an order and have children to feed!!!!

Sandwich was made incorrectly. When I told the girl it was missing cucumbers and tomatoes, they just passed me a cup of cucumbers and tomatoes. I was already upset. Sat in my car and realized it was also missing bacon. Went back inside to have it remade. They made it, and it was so messy, not good. On top, they still gave me the cup of tomatoes and cucumbers. Don't recommend.

Female Manager with purple shirt in the back flirting with other male employee, while the poor girl on the line is all by herself with a screen full of orders. This seems to be the norm while this specific manager is there

I had ordered you pick two steak sandwich and French onion soup sandwich was okay but French onion soup was worst I ever had.
I have been to many Panera bread restaurants but this store had worst food and service French onion soup was burnt and no cheese on top worst I had.

Staff needs to clean the dining room more often. It is dirty often and it makes me rethink dining there.

Ordered from here twice today! Both order A HORRIBLE ... The oatmeal was dried up, the bread to the BLT was hard as a rock, the souffle had burnt bacon and was way too cheesy. For lunch my soup broccoli cheddar soup had no potatoes no broccoli and the carrots were mush. It was disgusting to say the least 😭😭

I took my mother for breakfast this morning and ordered a half dozen of Asiago bagels to go. She charged me for seven and instead of taking the time to refund me I just said it was fine and decided to take the seven bagels. I was counting as she put them in the bag and counted six and I asked her you put seven in there correct? And she said yes I did. Well. I got home and checked….there was only six. I tried calling four or five times and nobody ever answered the phone. I tried submitting an online issue, but she didn’t give me a receipt so it wouldn’t let me proceed without an order number. So I’m out that extra money because she 1)cant ring somebody up properly 2) she also can’t count. Do better next time.

Waited over 15 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and the manager on duty’s response was she has an order for over $100 that came in and it’s priority. She’ll get my order out when she can
