Panera Bread

I took my mother for breakfast this morning and ordered a half dozen of Asiago bagels to go. She charged me for seven and instead of taking the time to refund me I just said it was fine and decided to take the seven bagels. I was counting as she put them in the bag and counted six and I asked her you put seven in there correct? And she said yes I did. Well. I got home and checked….there was only six. I tried calling four or five times and nobody ever answered the phone. I tried submitting an online issue, but she didn’t give me a receipt so it wouldn’t let me proceed without an order number. So I’m out that extra money because she 1)cant ring somebody up properly 2) she also can’t count. Do better next time.

Won’t visit this location again. They made my food wrong. No big deal I came back to get a side of the missing sauce. Cashier said they would remake it. Fine. However, the sandwich makers had smart remarks and attitudes. I asked for names and a manager but no one seemed to know their own names. Manager half way apologized and had it made. Usually this kind of attitude is from younger people but both looked well over 25. This was my first and last visit.

Foot long was very dry. 6 little thin pieces of chicken with one small spoon of something. That is all enclosed in the bread. Didn't taste anything but the bun. Very disappointed. Not planning on coming back.

Does this look like grilled cheese or just a cheese sandwich. Who in the hell is cooking your food. I hope they aren't doing this to any meat products. This is the most expensive cheese sandwich I ever had the displeasure of eating.

All tables were dirty. I did not see anybody, the whole time us being there, anybody cleaning the tables. Just dirty.

2 managers publicly and loudly berated an employee in front of me and another customer to the point of her crying, then one manager followed her shouting her name telling her to come back and sit down. Is this how you handle coaching situations in front of customers and telling employees they suck? Then making fun of them behind their back? Very bizarre.

I ordered the large size chicken noodle soup. When I opened the lid it appeared that there is neither chicken nor noodles. I ate a few spoonfuls to find that it was indeed only broth. I did not find a single piece of chicken in the "soup". Unacceptable. They should tell the staff when a food is finished not to serve simple broth. I'd rather be told it's over.

Got a sesame bagel here...it was terrible. You can get better bagels at the grocery store. They used to be great, but I looked around online and apparently Panera is getting rid of all their bakers and all of the bagels are now distributed frozen and just heated in store. Utter and complete garbage. We just can't have nice things any more...end-stage capitalist hellscape.

Spent $16 on a salad that was missing half the ingredients. My coworker ordered the same thing and her's was also wrong. Company wouldn't issue a refund because we didn't have pictures. Every year Panera gets more expensive and the quality goes way down.

Had two bad experiences coming here. Should’ve never came here after the first time, but wanted to give it a try. Very rude staff! I also ordered one cinnamon crunch bagel. Literally that’s all I ordered. Waited 20 minutes and asked the person making food, the reason for the wait. He told me to ask the cashier about my order because quote on quote “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” I went to the cashier and long story short the order was never put in to be made so I sat that for 30 minutes for a simple bagel. No apologies, no sympathy. Just a bunch of rude people who seems like they don’t want to be at work.

This is what an order of half soup and half Mac and cheese for over $11 looks like (plus chips because they did not have bread). The portions are ridiculously small. The taste was good but the sizes are definitely not worth the price.

A lot of Great tasting foods!!!
