Panera Bread

Sad to say I have experienced poor customer service on mutiple occasions.
Slow service and lack of attention to customers seems to be norm. I have been in this store multiple times and have been ignored while I watch employees stand in circles talking to each other. Then I get texts saying my order is ready, which is false. Employees need training on helping customers. From reading reviews online, this seems to be a company wide problem.

Cashier did not know their menues, could not make a suggestion had to read the screen over and over to find the answer to our questions on menu items.

They make hot chocolate with water and it takes 10 minutes…even when its not busy.

Staff was patient and nice, especially when the items I was asking for they did not have and I had to make alternate decisions. No baguettes, yet it is a side choice for salads and soups. Their chips are not good, which is not a location issue. I didn’t want an apple with hot soup.
The place was also dirty, the floors and the tables.

Even with a special running on television, this location DOES NOT honor it! Everytime my friends go, they are told “you have to do it on the app” or they just get charged for the pick 2. No more suggesting this place to my friends. Hey manager…..not everyone uses the app!!!!!

This location is just ok. I ordered 2 bacon spinach souffles, they had one and replaced the other with the Four Cheese. The Bacon Spinach one had bacon bits. Instead of bacon strips like other locations. And it was a little well done that made it a little dry.

This is the absolute worst location. They are dirty and have poor customer service!!! The guys are not the issue its the ladies & the manager. I recommend you find another Panera Bread this one aint it!

Azis has absolutely amazing customer service. I had something wrong with my order and he immediately fixed it. I really appreciate how helpful he was.

Cashier just look at us and did not said anything then in the middle of taki g out the order left with out saying anything

Ordered a Caesar salad to go and I didn't get any dressing but I had already left the building, so disappointed

Took them 30 minutes to figure out that an order is sitting on the counter and their beeper or pager may not work.
Waited 30 minutes to get food which was prepared and sitting on their counter
Without any remorse all employees said oh probably our pagers aren’t working

This specific panera bread is disgusting. It was dirty everywhere. The employees were on their phones and unfriendly when they could have been cleaning. It was not busy at all. The food was not presentable or as fresh as one would expect from oanera bread. Avoid this location at all costs.
