Pre-ordered a large order of pizza and wings for a graduation party. Scheduled for a specific time. The order was delivered on time, fresh, well made and delicious. The delivery lady was amazing! Thank you Papa John’s! Wings were a hit with all the guests:)))

They have left items off my orders on several occasions. I have called to give them a chance to correct their error only to be disappointed with their lack of accountability.

An absolute disappointment from the very beginning it started with the interaction on the phone as soon as he answered the phone and should not be answering the phone for a business totally confrontational was unaware of the menu or any promotions that was going on, and when asked about them Insinuated it was my job to know them and utterly disappointment. Long story short when I called he didn’t have no knowledge of any of the menu items and was agitated at me because I was trying to spend more money with the establishment. I thought this was unprofessional and it seemed as if he did not want to be at work. The manager was right next to him And made me wait on hold on the phone for about seven minutes thinking that it would discourage me, but I waited just to have no solutions. I ordered two pizzas with pepperoni very simple but I wanted to add on wings. I wanted to add on other things and try to put them as a combo. He told me there were no specials no promotions for anyone who is doing delivery I order from this place all the time and found that could be disturbing. I would like to be contacted by the district manager in this regard.

Ordered through Uber eats, but the restaurant mixed up the order. They gave me part of my order and part of another person's order. When I called they said I could come get the rest of my order if I wanted. If I wanted to pick up my order why would I pay so much extra for somebody to deliver it! I asked them to use their in-house driver to deliver it and they refused. I said well if I have to pick it up myself I want a gift card or coupon for my inconvenience and they refused. They said take it up with Uber, but we all know Uber is just as bad with customer service. All these companies now just take our money and don't give a damn about customer service!!!

What a joke. No one here knows what they're doing and no 1 here cares. Skip it and order from a different location or just another better pizza place there's a ton of them. The guy behind the counter with the shaved head and fake arm sling has nothing but attitude. I feel bad for the guys on the line who seem to be working as hard as they can while he does nothing but complain.

If you want food poisoning and diarrhea, this is the place to go to.
Just after consuming a few slices, my boyfriend and I spent most of our evening in the bathroom. Ordered the stuffed crust and got a free medium over $20 spent. Both were overcooked, dense, and chewy. Unsanitary place and music was blasting off from the kitchen while workers were just chatting. Will not return as I have given them numerous chances. Although closest to my house, I would rather travel farther for decent food.
