The Pizza and Wings were good, the place was ok and clean but no menu for newer customers (or customers that are unfamiliar to the brand) The wait time was unbearable, me, my sibling and my dad had to wait and stand for an unbearable 30-40 minutes but the cashier was nice and very helpful.

Food was left at my front door delivery driver did not ring door bell just left it out there . Called there and talked to nick but he would not take off tip which they did not deserve it . If you leave people food on door that’s a bad business and I hope that the health department get y’all for that cause I will be calling them to tell them how you do business.

I come here about 6 to 8 times a week to pick up food, and its always the same thing they will tell you a time and you have to wait. 15 to 20 minutes more. Not just that I find it difficult to talk to young people who don't care about how the business operates they have their headphones on a while taking care of customers. I hope the owner reads this message or corporate and fixes these issues. By the way it looks like they same not care either. By looking at the google reviews they have a low rating as well how sad.

0 stars. I placed my order via the app at 9:30pm. Delivery driver had my full address as it is stated in the app on my account. I even messaged the delivery driver directly at 9:49pm. Got notification they were close by & saw via the map in the app that they were literally inside my complex at 9:56pm. Barely a few minutes later at 9:58pm the driver cancelled my order & returned my entire order to the store!! I called the store to speak with the manager to inquire what the heck is going on. The manager didn’t know & said maybe because all the delivery driver had for my address was “2ns floor”. Like don’t be dense. I asked the manager if HE could see my full address for the order to which he said YES. I emphasized so how the heck are you saying the delivery driver can’t see the same thing. I also pointed out that obviously “2ns floor” is a typo to indicate 2nd floor of the building AND i reached out to the delivery driver TWICE while they were in my complex and they ignored me! Manager said he would get my order back out asap. An hour later still no order!! I call in again and the manager says the new delivery driver JUST got to the store?!?! By the time my food came I was TIRED & the food was NOT warm. With how long they took to send my order out, they should have remade it so it was fresh. A ridiculous experience. I should have just demanded for my money back. Never again. I literally don’t even usually like or eat papa johns, I definitely won’t again after this.

Twice in the past month we have ordered from here. We wanted a simple Hawaiian pizza with NO sauce and they definitely put sauce both times. And on their site it doesn’t even let you remove the sauce as an option. On top of that with the Hawaiian pizza there is more sauce slater on and barely any pineapple at all. Both times. Never ordering from any papa John’s franchise again.

Very nice ladies that work there!! They make an effort to welcome customers in the store and are polite. They are always hustling and getting things done when I pick up my order. The store is cleanly and pizza is always hot and great!

Shockingly awful experience. Disgusting pizza at this specific location. The dough flavor bland, the proving for the dough wasn’t there at all, no bubbles or height. Sauce, hardly there. The puffy crust, missing. Not fresh and hot, instead was burnt and cold even though I arrived before the 10 minutes they’d stated it would take. Projectile vomited the 1 slice of pizza I ate shortly after, which has never happened before.
I usually enjoy Papa John’s at the Va location and the Suwanee (one which has shut down). The other locations had such a sweet and fluffy flavorful crust with enough sauce and cheese, so fresh and hot that you know it was made with care.
At this location, a woman named Carly is extremely rude and arrogant. Wouldn’t allow me to even speak and hung up on me twice when I just called to ask a simple question about an offer. The worst pizza customer service I’ve ever come across! I can’t believe this location hired such a horrible and rude manager, what a shame.

Pre-ordered a large order of pizza and wings for a graduation party. Scheduled for a specific time. The order was delivered on time, fresh, well made and delicious. The delivery lady was amazing! Thank you Papa John’s! Wings were a hit with all the guests:)))

An absolute disappointment from the very beginning it started with the interaction on the phone as soon as he answered the phone and should not be answering the phone for a business totally confrontational was unaware of the menu or any promotions that was going on, and when asked about them Insinuated it was my job to know them and utterly disappointment. Long story short when I called he didn’t have no knowledge of any of the menu items and was agitated at me because I was trying to spend more money with the establishment. I thought this was unprofessional and it seemed as if he did not want to be at work. The manager was right next to him And made me wait on hold on the phone for about seven minutes thinking that it would discourage me, but I waited just to have no solutions. I ordered two pizzas with pepperoni very simple but I wanted to add on wings. I wanted to add on other things and try to put them as a combo. He told me there were no specials no promotions for anyone who is doing delivery I order from this place all the time and found that could be disturbing. I would like to be contacted by the district manager in this regard.

Ordered through Uber eats, but the restaurant mixed up the order. They gave me part of my order and part of another person's order. When I called they said I could come get the rest of my order if I wanted. If I wanted to pick up my order why would I pay so much extra for somebody to deliver it! I asked them to use their in-house driver to deliver it and they refused. I said well if I have to pick it up myself I want a gift card or coupon for my inconvenience and they refused. They said take it up with Uber, but we all know Uber is just as bad with customer service. All these companies now just take our money and don't give a damn about customer service!!!
