Delicious. There was a long wait, 45 minutes but it was worth it. My husband, New Orleans native, said this food tastes like being in New Orleans. We each had a cup of gumbo for an appetizer, didn't even get a chance to take a picture of those! Then I had the giant shrimp and grits and my husband the blackened catfish with dirty rice. Both were scrumptious! The only bummer was there were out of their banana pudding but the key lime pie was also really good. Our server Troy was awesome. Great service and helpful suggestions! Will definitely be coming back!

Used to enjoy going but the last couple of times there, the bar service is not the friendliest.

I came here for the first time with family. I left feeling disappointed that we didnt have a Pappadeaxs in Maryland. The food was excellent and the drinks were divinely potent. I ensured that I came twice to try other things on the menu. From both visits, I ordered: * Blackened catfish with rice and red beans. I give this an A+. The pieces of catfish were healthy sizes, very well seasoned. The red beans and rice were the best I've had in my life. In addition to the seasoning there was sausage blended in. * Alligator. The taste and texture is very good and filling. They are pretty pricey but worth it. A * Swamp Thing drink. A * 3 Wheel Motion. B-. I didnt have a hard enough day to drink this. Lol. Its strong strong. It has grand marnier and Hennessy. Pappadeaxs will be a place that I visit each time I am in Georgia.

Celebrating a birthday. Upon our arrival, the service was great, until the time we left. And oh goodness, the drinks, appetizers, main entrees were all on point! Clean bathrooms.

This was my favorite restaurant for a very long time, went yesterday and was so disappointed, the food came out cold, gave my husband wrong order! Got dessert to go, my favorite is the creme burle and they gave us cheesecake!! Very disappointed and won't be going there for a long while BNajam

Food is out of this world!! (so are the prices but you get quality and quantity). I always get the Greek salad with shrimp, salmon dinner a desert. Our family's favorite restaurant!!

Delayed review alert June 2022 experience They were slow as hell. Shrimp & Crawfish Fondeaux was very oily but perhaps is supposed to be. I'm not a frequent patron of this franchise. Bar Service: Not very attentive. I had to chase my bartender with my eyes and eventually say "excuse me" multiple times to be recognized for service. There were a handful of us when I arrived. The bar filled up rather quickly so getting the check and actually cashing out was nearly impossible. I did order an entree to-go. It was the Pappardelle Pasta. In my experience, pasta dishes settle really well and come more alive as left overs. This was actually pretty bland but did have a generous amount of scallops and crab. The two shrimp you see in the photos were the extent to which the shrimp showed up. I hope this was an isolated experience.

Food is wonderful but all farm raised seafood. So disappointed to find out. But on the menu it says fresh catfish.

Excellent experience had the fried catfish dinner. The service and food quality is 5 star, even the grounds are astonishing and provide ample shade as you wait for your seating. I recommend making a reservation or you will wait at-least an hour. 5 star restaurant!

We came Saturday around 12:40pm. They weren't busy so we were sat and greeted immediately. It was a little cold indoors but maybe because it's 90° outdoors. Clyde was extremely friendly. I was sad to see the purple voodoo drink gone. The blue bayou Hawaiian & swamp thing drinks were great (and strong). The food took a little while to come out but was fresh and tasty.

WOW! Food and service excellent. Caribbean lobster cooked perfect with awesome sides. I know this is a chain but they do their food right, city to city without fail. I've dined here across the southeast and the food is consistently excellent ? a little pricey but worth every penny!

Food here was delicious and server was wonderful. However, the plates and utensils were all dirty upon view. Plates that were just brought to the table have black markings all over them.

15-20 minutes to be seated with twice confirmed reservations. Drinks delivered 30 minutes after ordering. The red caps servers are not clearing tables, they are standing around watching the waiters take orders and clear the tables. 1/2 if the appetizers arrived before the cocktails. The 2nd appetizer came 20 minutes after the main corse dishes were served. The managers and kitchen chef must not be on site today. This is my last visit. The food was not overwhelming

ldHad a 7:00pm reservation, arrived at 6:50, and was told we would be notified when ou1/3r table was ready, 7:16 we were told by the very unfriendly hostess our table was ready. Four hostesses working the front desk not a one made eye contact nor greeted us. Please know the restaurant was 1/3 third full plenty of tables. Seated by a table of 15 with 6 screaming children running all around screaming. Our server finally came and got our drink order. That took 20 minutes to get 3 teas. The appetizers came out 2 minutes before our entrees. So to make a long story short, the service was fair at best, the food was Luke warm, and taste was fair. For $175 you would expect more, not revisiting the location again. Longhorns is better at half the price. I must say the staff was rude and not friendly at all
