10/10 across the board. Drinks, appetizers, atmosphere, service, entrees, desserts, the whole field was an incredible experience. My family will definitely be back. Also I would like to extend my highest thanks to or server DJ for making our experience flawless. He was very informative, prompt, and diligent, well mannered, well presented, and very hospitable.
Favorite restaurant! Had Mo as our server tonight and he was great! Definitely will be back to have him as our server

This is my favorite restaurant, bar none. I always get the Crawfish Platter which has fried crawfish and crawfish etoufee, so I can't really expound on anything else, but if you like crawfish, the Platter will fill and satisfy you. The fried crawfish are always crispy and succulent. The etoufee is served over dirty rice, and is seasoned to perfection, hitting the heat index just right. The portion completely covers the Platter, so I always get my fill. As for the service, I have always been greeted warmly and made to feel as if I am truly valued. The ambiance differs slightly from location to location, but all 3 of the locations I have visited are lively and reminiscent of New Orleans, from the architecture to the attitude.

I give great pleasure in giving 5 stars. The food was so enriching. I went years ago in Texas I was not impressed, however I ordered a different dish of speared grouper shrimp clams and mussels. I was not disappointed. Older now food doesn't have to be fried. This dish and the gumbo flavor was plenty. One could taste the TLC in it. Because I was in a hurry I got the order to go. However the club service was top notch. All the traffic getting here was worth it.

Beautiful place, wait list only half hour for late lunch on a Saturday. Food was delicious, when we finally got it. Unfortunately, our server mostly forgot about us, but still loved the food and the atmosphere.

Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen is a restaurant that consistently delivers excellent food, making it a go-to spot for those craving high-quality seafood with bold flavors. Every dish I've tried has been well-seasoned, expertly prepared, and served in portions so generous that I often find myself taking leftovers home. The menu offers a wide variety of seafood options, from fresh oysters and shrimp to mouthwatering Cajun-style dishes that bring a taste of Louisiana to the table.
One of my favorite dishes is the blackened catfish with crawfish étouffée. The catfish is always cooked to perfection, with a crispy, well-seasoned crust that complements the rich, savory sauce. Another standout is the seafood platter, which features a mix of fried shrimp, catfish, and oysters, all cooked to a golden brown and served with their signature dipping sauces. If you're a fan of lobster or crab, Pappadeaux offers several options that showcase the natural sweetness of the shellfish, often paired with buttery, flavorful sauces that enhance the experience.
Their appetizers are just as impressive. The shrimp and crawfish fondeaux is a must-try, with a creamy, cheesy base that pairs beautifully with the seafood. The crab cakes are also fantastic—packed with lump crab meat, lightly breaded, and served with a tangy remoulade sauce. And, of course, no visit to Pappadeaux is complete without an order of their famous gumbo. It’s rich, smoky, and filled with shrimp, sausage, and okra, making for a comforting and authentic Southern experience.
While the food is consistently outstanding, the service leaves much to be desired. On multiple visits, I’ve found the staff to be somewhat inattentive, often taking longer than expected to check on tables, refill drinks, or bring out orders. It's not that the service is outright bad—it just lacks the attentiveness and warmth that would elevate the dining experience. If the restaurant is busy, which it often is, expect longer wait times for everything from being seated to receiving your meal. While the food is worth the wait, better service would make the experience far more enjoyable.
Another thing to note is the noise level. Pappadeaux is a lively, bustling restaurant, and the atmosphere can be overwhelming if you're looking for a quiet meal. The open layout, combined with the sheer number of diners, makes for a loud environment, especially during peak hours. If you’re planning a romantic dinner or a deep conversation, this may not be the ideal setting. However, if you’re coming with friends or family and don’t mind a bit of noise, the lively atmosphere can add to the overall energy of the place.
Despite these minor drawbacks, I keep coming back to Pappadeaux for the food. The quality, portion sizes, and bold flavors make it one of the best seafood spots around. If they could improve their service and find a way to manage the noise better, it would be a near-perfect dining experience. But even with these imperfections, I still highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious, well-prepared seafood in a fun and energetic setting.

The food was really good. One down side is they don’t sell Alfredo after 3 pm. And they were sold out of crab claws by 6pm. Other wise bathrooms were clean. Staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was nice.

Overall a great experience. This is a chain that has upscale seafood and steak. The fish, seafood, and steak are all great. The prices or not bad for a nice date night type place. The place. Is very big with indoor and outdoor seating.
