This restaurant has been in my list of places to try for a while and I finally decided to go for my birthday. Upon arrival I was informed that meal service is closed between 2:45-4 with the exception of appetizers and salads. It may be helpful to update that somewhere online but it was ok, no big deal. I came back at 4 and was immediately seated. The server was very polite and helpful. I started off with her drink recommendation (strawberry lychee mojito) which was delicious and the fried green tomato caprese for my appetizer. The fried tomatoes looked to be a bit overcooked and my serving didn’t include any mozzarella cheese, basil, pesto, or yellow heirloom tomato as it was listed on the menu but it was very tasty. My server provided a suggestion for dinner, the French Market Fish, the serving size was nice but it tasted just ok and had too many okra crisps for my liking. The rice was the most flavorful but a bit undercooked. For dessert I ordered the peach cobbler. I actually came for the chocolate cake that was previously on their menu but I guess they no longer serve that. Unfortunately the peach cobbler was horrible. The peaches tasted like they came straight out of the can with no sweetener added and the crumble topping contained some hard pieces that I had to spit out. Easily the worst peach cobbler I’ve ever had. My server offered to bring me “honey or sugar” to which I politely declined, because I shouldn’t have to prepare a meal I already paid to have prepared. Overall I probably won’t return. The service and atmosphere was nice but the food leaves a lot to be desired.

Me and my wife went to eat here last night and it was super empty we thought it was weird because it was a Saturday night so they seat us down and the hostess very friendly and nice but when we started to order our food the service was horrible wrong drink the server would take for ever for refills and then when iur steak got to the table we didn’t even have utensils so we had to wait for our server to come so we ask for the utensils she took like a good 5 minutes to show up we told her we needed utensils and she took like another 3-4 minutes and only brought one back ??‍♂️ so she had to go get another one for me and took another 3-4 minutes by the time she was on the table my steak was cold I was so hungry and angry I just ate it like that and the steak was not meadium well it was more like well done and had no flavor the only good thing there was the calamari I ended up getting 2 steaks 2 chicken tenders for my kids and 2 mojitos I ended up paying $154.00 when I saw the ticket I was like not worth it I regather go downtown like casi cielo for a better tasting steak or Atlanta fish market and cheaper and then they charge youTaxesAlcohol taxesCash adjust taxesNot worth it I promise and then there was a bald old waiter just steering at my wife so I look at him mad ? and he notices so he look away so disturbing never coming back here again this restaurant is not worth to experience steak and to expensive. Casi cielo and Atlanta fish market way better experience worth your money.

The food is underwhelming and overpriced. The wings and Cobb salad were just blah and the salmon was dry and under seasoned with roasted Brussels sprouts that left that a smelly aroma In the air.

It's our favorite place for special occasions. Today was our 45th anniversary. The food was awesome, as always. Cole slaw is so good. It has raisins, pumpkin seeds, and poppy seeds in it. Most of all, the service is good, no hovering but magically appears when you need something. Try the crabcake appetizer.
