Pizza was ordered at 3:44pm. It’s been about 2 hours and had to call the place for them to tell me that they’re still waiting on a dasher to pick it up and that pizza has been there for a bit. Lady on the phone genuinely didn’t seem to care. Don’t order from here.

The young lady at the window was very sweet it's not her fault the guy took my name down wrong ... next part all these kids who work here u could hear them laughing so loud .. I can't help but to think if there was no laughing going on I would have my extra sauce on my pizza anyways the pizza is still good even without the extra sauce nice hot and fresh 🙌🏽just please more work and less playing

Daughter ordered door dash 9/25 11.45pm and they gave the delivery man the wrong order. She ordered pepperoni and sausage and cinnamon sticks paid over 40 dollars...delivery man brought pepperoni vegetable pizza with mushrooms on it, and thin crust and no cinnamon sticks. They specifically told the delivery man the cinnamon sticks was in the box because according to him he asked a few times. Theyre now closed 12.28am so of course she can't get anyone so we had to still get out the house and get food elsewhere. Just wasted ppl time. Why are ppl like this now...Unreal
We waited st the pickup window for over 10 minutes. The server yelled at us that she was on the phone. We purchased food from this store regularly for years, I believe the level of service has gotten so bad, we’ll have to use another pizza place going forward.

Ordered medium pizza to have delivered. When pizza arrived, it was cool to the touch, totally dried pizza with very little sauce and dry cheese. Driver must have been riding around most of Gwinnett Cty. before delivery. Will be ordering from other pizza place from now on. Totally disappointed in Pizza Hut.
