Ordered a bundle. Didn't receive wings. Called local restaurant 8 times before some one answered and said wings would be delivered. 53 minutes later and no wings I called local restaurant again and it was six times before someone answered. Lady answered And in one breath said "thank you for calling pizza hut please order online" and literally hung up on me. I have never ever been hung up on by a company. I reached out via chat to corporate and am waiting to hear back.

Don't order online! I ordered my pizza online and it said it was ready.. I was driving across town as they don't have a pizza hut in my area. Now I know why because it's not the same Pizza Hut from back in the day. I get there and the lady tells me we haven't even put it in the oven and it's going to be about 35 mins. I wait go back in and it's still going to another 35 mins. That's over and hour after they said it was ready. Ruin my night and wasted my gas! Never going back to a Pizza Hut again! I should have know better with every pizza hut location having a 2-3 star rating!

Was on hold for 20 minutes. I got to the place before they ever picked up and I noticed their phones were off the hook. And they just told me they were very busy and could not answer. Then I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for them to make my pizza and cheese sticks.
I was there Sunday July 21, 2024, the service was amazing and the store was so clean it's the first for a long time i see the store like this and i live across the road.
