Call center is horrible. I called and gave an address the manager from the call center called me and said u put in an delivery from a store 1 hour away as if u didn’t pull up the closet Pizza Hut near me. Gave the lady the zip code and address. Instead of taken accountability they said I ordered from a store 1 hour away. Who hire these people. Horrible customer service. My food never showed up. I had to go and pick up from the store that I ordered from. I get to the store and 5 people are just chilling. Got to do better.

I’m very disappointed with my recent order. I specifically ordered 4 single pizzas, but instead I received just one small whole pizza. This is not what I ordered. I paid for 4 singles and got something completely different.
Pizza Hut should not advertise something and then deliver something else. If I order a specific item, I expect to receive exactly what I chose. Please don’t mislead customers with confusing or inaccurate promotions. I wanted the 4 single pizzas, not a small whole pizza I didn’t ask for.

If I could I wouldn't give this place any stars its the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been too my pizza was supposed to be done 20 minutes at 7:20 and its 7:33 and Im standing outside in the scorching heat waiting and they have the worst attitudes ever. If you don't like your jobs don't take it out on us customers, go get one you'll like like working in a funeral home or something where you can have as bad as an attitude as you want and no one will care

Worst location ever I order twice here and they always mess up on my order customer service is the worst they dont listen I have ask for ranch and they said I need pay I said that’s fine and they still forgot my ranch and I gave the driver a good tip like who wants to eat pizza without ranch

They forgot to send my chicken with my delivery. The delivered it through door dash. They remade the order and said I had to pay 22. I called the store he told me to call corporate. But they the ones that didn’t send my chicken

If I can give them a negative I would. Call for delivery associate takes all my information waited for an hr no delivery. Called back and stated my address is not on their map I can come pick it up. When I communicated that I am at work and this is for my kids. They did not do nothing as sat as customer service to fix a mistake they made. Customer service is not the same in this world. Who trained yall!!
My wife picked up 2 pizza that I had ordered online. The order was wrong and I returned the pizzas, I spoke to the manager and he refused to give me a new order or refund. I was a huge Pizza Hut fan but I will not be ordering from them ever again. Terrible customer service. I always have an issue with my orders when I go there.

Ordered a bundle. Didn't receive wings. Called local restaurant 8 times before some one answered and said wings would be delivered. 53 minutes later and no wings I called local restaurant again and it was six times before someone answered. Lady answered And in one breath said "thank you for calling pizza hut please order online" and literally hung up on me. I have never ever been hung up on by a company. I reached out via chat to corporate and am waiting to hear back.
