The first time food was brought wrong. Got someone else order. Call the store to let them know and they say they will remake my order. Got my order again and it was wrong. Call the store again upset as they say they got my order and was going to make it right. All they can say was sorry and that there was nothing else they can do.
Wrong pizza made. Heart Shaped pizza crust tasted horrible. Will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

I think when we think of Pizzahut we always think of value for money and food experience vs others, and I was disappointed with my last two orders I had with this store, and I will not order to them even I might need to drive for few more miles!

Completely wrong pizzas made. Quality of food was not good. Sizes have reduced (large is more like a medium). Pan pizza was more like a hand tossed. Missing ingredients, cold and undercooked. Tried to call store and no one would answer.

Delivery was an hour past expected delivery time. The stuffed crust pizza was bland and not completely cooked and the new tavern crust was over cooked to the point of it being inedible. We ended up throwing it all away.

I ordered through the App and had the wrong food delivered. It was taken back by the driver and I never received any replacement food, my actual order. I had to argue with the Manager on Duty to get a refund but still had a hungry family that we had to find alternative food. Service sucked.

Incompetent leadership and staff. The manager and staff tried to make my daughter pay for the online order that I placed and paid for in my Pizza Hut app. Despite me sending over multiple pictures of the email confirmation, the app order confirmation and my Apple Pay receipt. The crazy thing about it is when they finally gave her the order the receipt showed that I had placed and paid for the order online! Of course by the time she got through debating with them and got home with the pizza. It was cold!

THE WORST PIZZA HUT IN THE USA. Didn’t know they delivered through DoorDash, DoorDash never delivered my order. Called the store literally 10 times and they kept answering and not saying anything. Then when he finally answers he rush and says we close in 15 mins and hangs up in my face. I kept calling back for him to answer and hang up in my face again. Was charged $30 for food I never got. The refund isn’t the issue it’s how sorry the customer service was. That alone would never make me order from Pizza Hut again
Ordered online and picked up in store. The order was ready and correct. The staff was nice. The food was good for what I paid.

I didn't know this place outsourced delivery to doordash. I trust services like doordash and ubereats far less than inhouse delivery employees. I wouldn't have ordered if I knew that up front. Andddd, of course, the 2 liter never makes it to me...the pizza box wasn't sealed to help me feel better about some rando not messing with my food. They only offer a credit rather than a refund on the soda or have it brought back out...so, now, some other doordasher is going to get this order and no tip because I already pre-tipped the first dasher well. Food was meh...nothing new yorker about it. Avoid.

We ordered 2 pizzas from this location tonight 8/12/24 and I took one bite and it tasted literally the way gasoline smells. My husband took 3 bites of his and said the same exact thing and is now feeling sick!
